A had my dog Lucky groomed with this company about a month ago, he's a large Golden Retriever. The lady who greeted me didn't really acknowledge me or my dog or even greeted me in a friendly way. She got upset because I asked her to move her van to our front porch because for some reason she parked two houses down. I did not want my neighbor to get upset at the fact there was a random van parked outside his home. When I told her he just needed a bath and blow out and a trim around his ears she said ok. When she was finished I noticed Lucky's hair was still wet. Not sure why this happened because with his regular groomer his hair usually comes fully dried. He didn't even get a cute bandana like in the pictures or anything. Him being a large dog, we ended up paying $140 plus $10 tip. She didn't even ask if we wanted to schedule his next visit which to me made me feel like she didn't want to come back. She just got her payment and left. Maggie tends to get a little carsick so I always have to pay extra to be the first appointment of the day and stress out about getting Maggie in the car to go to the groomers. Kat is such a wonderful groomer that I actually *followed her* to this company from a previous mobile groomer! I have a tiny maltese-shihtzu who's very shy and a MASSIVE pitbull who's a total baby when it comes water. Everytime their groom is due they're such scaredy cats but its so funny to see them torn between being nervous and wanting to wag their tails at Kat! Which says a LOT- even in their anxiety they're happy to see her. She's always so patient with trying to reassure them every single time and is fantastic at communication. They both always come out happy and smelling so good, i'm so grateful I have her for these two anxious babies!
