I did the haircut package with the scratch stopper bundle and teeth brushing which came out to a total of 130, which I felt was a fair price. The inside of their studio is sterile and clean, and everyone was so kind and accomodating! They were able to flawlessly comply with my requests, and took their time to make sure my baby was comfortable and clean. It took around 3 hours for her to be groomed, and she turned out so lovely. All of the staff was so pleasant and kind, they made sure we were on the same page regarding my baby's haircut. Was referred to Well Groomed Pets by a coworker as I was looking for a new groomer for my 85lb long hair Goldendoodle. Called to get a quote for bath and haircut, very friendly staff btw, quote was in line with what other groomers charged so made a reservation. Location in Summmerlin is easy to find, the groomer went over what they would be cutting as they liked over my dog. About 5 hours later, I picked me my dog and he looked great! The staff really listened to what I wanted in his haircut and one specific area I wanted cut very short was his paws and ankles and they did a great job! Wash and haircut cost $159 (plus tip) and I am extremely happy with how he looks! Also the staff gave me some tips on keeping his coat healthy and products I need to add to his brushing to help maintain his hair. You can tell the groomers here really love animals and it makes it easier to entrust your furbabies to them. The services are fairly quick too, for reference my dog is 60lbs pitbull husky mix and I'll usually get him back within the hour. They book out fast so I suggest calling a day or two prior for an appointment. And price wise it's fair and similar to what the others charge, minus one star only because I wish they'd spend a little more time with the deshedding brush but he's part husky so it's understandable. read more

I'm so glad I found this groomer. This is there second location ( other one is on Blue Diamond) They we're very professional, caring, respectful to me and Halo as a first time costumer! They have an easy to register booking app for you to book your appointments. Although I made my first appointment by phone with one of the people there. During her groom, they ensure that they texted me along the way, her progress, which I feel is great for me as the customer because I know what kind of a time span. I am working with of when I need to pick her up, and they also confirmed what kind of haircut that I wanted before they started cutting after their initial text stating that they were done with her bath. I really really appreciate those steps taken. It goes a long way for accountability and respecting both my time and there's because at the end of the day, it allows me to come on time to pick up Halo. After discussing our dog's breed, size and weight, this business quoted us $120 for grooming. When we arrived for the appointment a week later, the same person insisted the price would be $159. There was no misunderstanding. Furthermore, the owner would not honor the original quote or lower the price below $150.
