We had a great experience with the mobile grooming service! The price was very affordable compared to a salon & I really liked that they came directly to our home. I asked for no face trim and no sanitary trim because I prefer Pudgy's natural look. they followed my requests perfectly. She got a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, wrinkle cleaning, and cologne as an optional service. Everything was done very well, and I have no complaints about the service. Just a heads-up, the groomers don't speak English, so you may need to use your phone's translation app. It wasn't a problem for me, and everything went smoothly! update to review: company has responded and refunded me, also they apologized and very concerned about my dog which I greatly appreciate. My dog suffered razor burns and then a secondary infection from licking the burns, company will not respond to my texts and messages concerning this. I originally was not going to post this but it's been weighing on me that someone else's pet could get injured. I had my cat Ginny groomed. I sent a photo and explicit instructions on the hair cut. These directions were not followed. However, it's just hair and I can understand that it would grow back. But upon getting her into the house I observed that her leg had been cut. I was not notified, it was very long and deep. It's now makes me wonder if this is why they had her for several hours. I reached out and they did apologize and refund half the money. They said that a powder was used to pack the wound. However, I think they may have used a deacon's that fell off revealing how deep and bad this cut was. There is no way it was not bleeding and most likely would have needed stitches. I have included pictures of the wound originally and after ten days. read more

This is my puppy's first haircut experience even though the people who came were extremely nice they smoke very little to no English. You can tell this is not something they're experience with my puppies hair look like someone just took the Clippers and just went to town. I had them come out for German Shepherd for a bath and deshed only. The deshed itself was done well and her coat looks clean and brushed out, which I appreciate. The price itself was good as well. However, I was surprised and honestly disappointed to find that her sanitary area had been shaved, as this was not requested or discussed anywhere in our messages. I also did specifically request I was ONLY looking for a bath/deshed. She is a double-coated breed and takes a very long time to grow hair back, so this was not something I would have agreed to. I don't think this was done with bad intent, but I do wish there had been clearer communication before making that decision. Hopefully this helps other owners be very explicit about what they want, especially with double-coated dogs. read more

Had them come out today to do the full works on our fluffy Corgi and a nail trim for another dog and a cat. I think they did a great job. Our Corgi looks great. We usually shave her down this time of year because it gets too hot out. She turned out really good. I see in other reviews they don't speak English, but a 2 person team showed up to my house and the one person I spoke to did speak English. Awesome pet groomers. I didn't get the names of the couple that came but they didn't speak English. We were already prepared for that. They called Maicol and I explained what we needed and he said he's let them know. Our Corgi has never had a professional groom session so I let them know.Our terrier-mix had been groomed before but it had been a while. Both dogs came out looking like champs!!! Even our Corgi was treated kindly and with tenderness. No extras were needed. Shampoo, dry, brush out, ears cleaned and nails trimmed. The terrier had to have his hair cut and he's no longer a fugly dog. He looks great! I loved this experience and I will use them again. I wanted to find a new place to groom my dog. Very disappointed. They show up in a plain white van, no logo. Neither one spoke English. They had to call someone to translate what I wanted. My dog wasn't trimmed very well. They cut to much on his backside and look like they cut it. A small spot had some type of glue in his fur. Sent me a text to pay via cash or Zelle. Had to ask to pay with a card. Very disappointed. Overall I would not recommend. I think they did a terrible job, and have to hire someone else to fix this. read more

The two groomers , Monica and Elizabeth, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, were professional from start to finish, and handled all four dogs with patience and care. Their grooming skills really showed. Even though they speak Spanish and I don't, communication was easy using pictures and iTranslate. Don't use them. When they arrived the groomer did not speak English and the driver who looked so young had to translate. I said I do not want my dogs hair short and to please keep it long. I wanted a light trim. Instead when I got him back his hair was cut uneven and butchered. His hair from inside ear wasn't removed.
