None of the groomers ever reached out about the groom being a problem or her having issues. She's been groomed every 4-8 weeks since she was born. I spent four days going back and forth with the owner and requested $40 back on the $150 I paid. All she offered me was another bath. Several groomers in the area agreed that the job was poorly done and the groomer should have communicated better. Groomer went on Facebook and began taking screenshots of my dog and sending it to people. The shop used to be really good - I'm not sure what happened. Definitely will be telling all the people I meet in training classes, competitions and in the area to avoid it. She also cancels on a very regular basis.

I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs.
