I am disheartened to write this review. While the owner has good intentions, the level of care is…read moreway off. There are 17 Newfoundlands at the kennels who literally never get human contact other than when they get fed. They do not get walked regularly and sleep on cement floors with a small access door to the outside. I'm not quite sure why there are so many if there is no time for them. However, they may be used to that. The main issue is this, if you are bringing your dog here, they will not get ANY human time or a walk unless you pay extra. Customers bring in blankets and beds for their dogs well being. Your dog will not have this. They are put on a shelf or stored away. Return customers bring in blankets, etc. If not going to allow the dog to use it, why not say that? Your dog will sleep on a cement floor. It is loud, noisy and I can only imagine your dog feels abandoned. Do not pay for this service. While the intention is good, it is not executed as you will be led to believe. There are only one or two staff to care for all animals here. Not good enough.

Told me she needed the money for rent, check cleared the bank and issue was closed. I'm not disputing the policy in which i signed, I'm letting others know how she chose to handle. I even offered to pay for her visit, again No Refunds. I can understand if she held place in her schedule and we caused a financial hardship due to cancelling at a point weeks later. I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night! When I relocated for work I wish I could have brought Jen and the day care with me!

Jeff's methods are effective because of his clear explanations and demonstrations. He is patient in teaching not only the dogs but the humans as well.
