I emphasized I was there mainly for the nail trim and told them in advance he does not like his feet touched but the dozens of groomers we've been to throughout the country (we've lived in 6 states in the past 5 years) have been able to trim his nails just fine. I even brought his muzzle for them to use. First, the groomer called me at 9am and asked if I could bring my dog in at 10:30am instead of my appointment time of 11:30am. I said sure. I dropped him off at 10:30am with the above instructions and they said to come back at 12pm. At 11:15am the groomer texted me saying she was almost done and asked if I could pick my dog up asap because I told her he's not good with other dogs and they don't seem to have the ability to separate dogs after grooming. So I dropped what I was doing and rushed back over. When I arrived, the groomer and owner told me they couldn't do his nails. Even with the muzzle they said he was dangerous and they couldn't do his nails. I was not happy but said ok, how much for just the bath then? They said the price would be $50. I said what?? I was quoted $40-45 for a bath and nail trim. The groomer rudely said, "We charge more for bad dogs. You have a bad dog." I said, I'm not paying more than you quoted me for services I didn't even receive. The groomer and owner started loudly telling me I needed to pay $50 because I have a very bad dog. Absolutely disgusting behavior on their part. I didn't even know where my dog was until I paid $53 for services not rendered. I would rate this groomer zero stars if I could. I have never experienced such nasty behavior from a shop owner. They don't love dogs, they don't know how to handle dogs, and they don't know how to be business owners. They could've avoided this terrible experience and review if they A) Didn't repeatedly call my dog a bad dog and B) Didn't charge me for services not rendered plus more than they quoted to begin with. I will be challenging this charge with my credit card company.

I went there 3.31.23 and bought two parakeets sadly one died today 4.5.23. I went back and the same associate named Cody that had spent so much time helping me the day before was working today. Thankful I was able to get another bird. Cody again was extremely knowledgeable and helpful again. He took the time to go into the back and hand pick another girl parakeet for me. The staff there is A+ noone pet shamed me for bringing back a deceased bird and everyone was smiling. I waited until I got home to be surprised and the bird he picked for me and OMG is she beautiful. My parents brought the family dog Watson here to get her nails trimmed on 10 February 2020…read more Unfortunately, the grooming technician cut them wrong and her toes have become swollen and infected (see pictures). So far, it's cost us $230.32 in veterinarian bills just to treat the damage done by PetSmart when they failed to correctly trim her nails. This, of course, is in addition to the $21.60 we paid for a service they performed so poorly that we had to see the veterinarian twice so far. My father called PetSmart on 18 February and spoke to the manager about the injury they caused. The manager said they would get back to us the following day and, on the 19th, they called back to claim that they "looked at the tape and the dog didn't move" so therefore they assumed that a dog nervously sitting still was fine and they don't care enough to do anything about the injuries they caused, which the vet says may include loss of the nails. Also, as part of the grooming package, they were also supposed to clean Watson's ears and we found out from the vet on the 20th that they hadn't been cleaned. If everything had gone fine, they why didn't they also clean her ears? PetSmart is PetCruel. If I could give less than one star, I would.

She did a solid job with Stevie, and I know Stevie felt safe (she didn't shake like she does when she's nervous). The haircut wasn't as smooth as usual, meaning she had some rough Tufts of hair around her legs and face. However, I'd rather the face not be so smooth, thank risk cutting her face. I give credit to any groomer. I'd be afraid to have scissors around my dog's face if I was holding them. If you're not looking for a perfect dog show cut, I recommend this place. It was really nice that I could bring Stevie to her house. She was willing to come to my place as well, but I figured it'd just be easier if I went there. Yvette has all the regular dog table and normal stuff that comes with any dog groomer. I would absolutely feel safe about bringing Stevie there again.

They took a good long look at her joint issues and kept her in good spirits the entire visit, I was just in awe and applaud them still to anyone who asks.
