Wish I could give .5 stars. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! I left my Great Dane at this place for 6 days while we moved. I picked him up 7/6/23. I called 5-6 times never got an answer. Than she told me the number was changed. She told me he was so good & walking so good on a leash. She told me she was going to groom him & cut his nails. When I picked him up he was DISGUSTING!!!! The smell on him made me want to throw up!!! It took me 5 times scrubbing him to get most of the smell off of him. He was not taken outside. He was left in his poop & pee for 6 days!!! Do not leave your pets here!! I regret ever leaving my pet there. read more

The owner was friendly and accommodating but that's where it ended. When I went to pick up my dogs the smell of the place was HORRENDOUS! Dog boarding places always have an odor but this was beyond normal grooming/boarding odors. I wrote a full page of specific instructions on what my dog required for food and medicine. I have an older dog who does have incontinence issues but they are mostly controlled with Proin, a pill he takes for bladder control. At night he needs a belly wrap because he does leak occasionally. All of this was disclosed with written and verbal instructions before and during drop-off. When I picked my dog up he was soaked from ears to tail with urine and feces. I had to take him to the nearest Tractor Supply and wash him twice. When I was giving my dog a bath I found several "hot spots" from where the urine irritated his skin. The owner said she has given both my dogs a bath but by the way they smelled was awful. I'm unsure how this place has the reviews it does because it should be shut down. If you care at all about your pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! I regret ever going on vacation and leaving my dogs here. Thankfully it wasn't for longer than 3 nights. ETA: After unpacking all of my items that I sent with my dogs I noticed that my dog was never given his nighttime medications. Both dogs were acting extremely bizarre and were not being their normal selves when I got them back. I called Jeanne to inform her of her lack of care for my dog and she had a laundry list of excuses. I asked why she never gave him his nighttime pills and she said she "misunderstood" my instructions. Why would I send a 7 day AM and PM pill organizer with pills in both the AM and PM compartments but not want her to give the PM pills? She asked me if I had Venmo and she would refund some of my boarding fees but that was over a week ago and I haven't seen anything hit my Venmo. I don't even care about the money, I'm just sad I let my dogs stay at a place like this. A week later and my dogs are finally getting somewhat back to normal. Both my husband and I suspect they were drugged because the way they both acted upon return was absolutely out of character and the norm for them. They have been boarded several times before at other places and have never acted like they did when coming home from Barks, Bubbles n Beauxs. Beware! I will not take my German Shepard back there again. my dog came back with his nose and mouth scratched up. Also, my dogs chain/choke collar was replaced with a smaller rusted one. When asked about it, the owner said it was my dogs original collar even though we know it's not. my dog also game back smelling worse than when we dropped her off. read more

This update pains me because they have mostly done a good job but... Well after going here since they opened, and certainly enjoyed the good pricing and initially awesome service, I am no longer satisfied with this groomer. I am a fair person and not quick to judge or review, so we have given them more than enough opportunities to improve, even after speaking with them on the phone and in person , but the last 3 visits have been bust. The main issue is the front desk. That position has a high turnover. That is IF anyone is standing at that position at all. Jeanne, one of the owners and main groomer does a great job but it is over shadowed by the ever increasingly poor service. In the grooming department, the length of times that they are finished and my pups ready to be picked up has increased. At first, drop off at 8:30 and pick them up by noon. Then each visit after the times get longer and longer till we hit the 5pm and later mark. No bueno. They don't limit their workload or don't have enough staff to maintain the all around quality. Next issue, opening time. More than 3 times we have showed up to drop off at 830 sharp and waited 15 -30 mins for the store to open up. Unacceptable. We have appointments as well and this only screws us up. Today was that last time. We got there early and waited till 850 and no one was there to take in our pup. Called, knocked and all. So we left a note, and I had to bring my pup back home. Messed us both up with our morning. If the issues I mentioned here are not a big problem for you , by all means try them out. They are not abusive or mean to the animals, you can tell they truly care for them but the business portion needs a lot of work. read more

AMAZING!!! The staff is definitely happy to work there and everyone walks around and handles their tasks like they were at home. My dog.Bleu, immediately picked up on the atmosphere and after her bath and blow dry. She mosied around getting numerous treats from all the staff members as if she owned the place herself! I HIGHLY recommend taking your dog here for grooming and baths and all of the services they offer. If you are the kind of owner that is worried about your pups when you are not with them ( I know I can be) then this is the place you want to go to. I took my dog Harley here on the 12th of August for a cut and got more than I bargained for. This was our second trip to this location. My boyfriend picked her up and informed me she wasn't acting right. When I got home that evening from work I found her in my closet shaking in fear and scratching her neck. After calming her and taking a look I found two cuts that we were not informed of. I understand this can happen but I should have been told. When I called them the next day they had no idea. You don't cut an animal and not get a reaction. After no sleep, I knew it was more than that so I called my vet for an appointment that morning. My baby was cut in three places and put on meds. After two visits to the vet, meds and a thunder shirt later my girl is slowly coming out of my closet back to normal on day four. I don't know what they did to her but I would not recommend anyone taking their animal to them. My girl is two and on ten when she wakes up. This was not our first trip to a groomer nor our first injury but definitely our last. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. read more

Had our dog groomed by Holli on our first visit and he looked better than he ever did from our previous groomer. Just had him boarded and groomed by the owners because Holli wasn't available and he was a disaster! We dropped him off Thursday evening and told them we would probably pick him up on Sunday or Monday. When we called Monday morning we were told he wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. Well, when we went to pick him up, she was had just then given him a bath and was just starting to groom him. She said the reason why she just started on him was because she had to take her husband to the doctor. When I told her she had 4 days to get him ready, then she said she wanted him to be "fresh" for when we returned. Bottom line, if Holli is there, we'll definitely take him to her, if not , we're not going back! read more

I've been trying to give them a chance for over a year now but I'm going to find a new groomer. Jeanne does a good job but it seems like I'm not the only one who thinks that the first time you go there, they act professional and thankful for your business then every time after that it's like your a nuisance to them by giving them your business! The man who is at the front is never nice, tells you one thing then does another. There's been at least three times that I've called to make an appt then arrive and I wasn't even put down on the books! So then they accommodate and take my dog anyway but the entire time they have a bad attitude and are rude! It's just unorganized and not everyone seems to be on the same page here.. read more

I don't recommend this place at all. They are super nice and "professional" the first time you come but after they act like your business is a nuisance. They have an attitude and speak in a derogatory manner. We got our dog groomed and his nails trimmed at least that's what we wanted. His cut was horrendous and patchy and they didn't even cut all of his nails even though we stressed the fact that we needed them all cut. We went back to get them cut the next day and they brought him in the back and we heard him squeal in pain but when we got him back his claws were still long. They said my dog bled but why if they didn't trim anything? My dog seemed traumatized since we picked him up after almost 7 hours. It's safe to say they lost our business. read more

I will NEVER bring my babies back to this place! First off it is extremely hard to get in touch with them. When they finally answered the phone the lady was rude and said they didn't take walk-in, so I made an appointment for my next day off. I was told to bring my girl in between 9 and 10am. When I got there at 9:30am I told the lady (I wish I would've gotten her name) I did not want her shaved I just wanted her undercoat blown out, her nails trimmed as well as the fur on her feet trimmed, and the area around her bottom trimmed a little so when she went potty it wouldn't get stuck in it. Although they did get a good bit of her undercoat out they did not do anything else! My girl is a Siberian husky so yes she does have a lot of fur and I know that takes time however, it does not take 6 hours. I would've understood if they did everything I requested and was told would be done but they didn't. She was washed and brushed out....why did they keep my baby for 6 hours?? When I went there to pick her up at around 4:30 the GROOMER had nerve to tell me I need to exercise her more because she's hyper....once again she is a Siberian husky they are a hyper breed! Second she has been locked in a cage after being told they didn't have closed cages for no telling how long. Last time I checked GROOMERS are not dog trainers or veterinarians. I highly recommend going else where to have your babies pampered because this place is a poor poor excuse for someone to make a quick buck! read more
