This store has a FABULOUS Harry Potter paraphernalia section! I nearly had to be forcibly removed from the store! LOL The sales staff here is absolutely fabulous and knowledgeable about all the products they carry. I overheard another sales associate assisting an elderly woman looking for a new book (for entertainment/pleasure reading) and was super kind and patient with her deliberating the ssuggestionsshe was able to give based on her previous likes of authors and genres. If you sign up for their emails they have 15 and 20% off coupons mailed out quite regularly. I'm so nosy sometimes! The store is kept quite clean and organize and I was able to peruse the books as well as the novelty items at my leisure. I will definitely be returning to Barnes & Noble to score some more harry potter paraphernalia as well as some of the newest release books at they are great prices.

Not the best or the worst Barnes and Noble I have been to. The layout like most is around the central cafe area and everything is spread about like that. With magazines being on a far wall, and children's being along the back wall. Again, run of the mill Barnes and Noble plenty of books and magazines to fill plenty of interest. They have a great bargain book section and the fiction/classics section is well laid out and very organized. That's the thing about this location is really clean and in order, plenty of other stores I have been to are a mess and it's very annoying. Aside from that staff seem friendly and kind, everything is in place and well organized. As well as the fact the store smells like coffee which is really nice (at least for me) and makes it feel warm and welcoming.

    Ready to read my book!

Stuff is always cheaper online, but it will be a sad day when there are no more bookstores around.

Enjoyed the children's section and my daughter read quite a few books on the little stools available. We're excited to visit again when we're in town. Hoping for some more selections of older, well written children's books.

It is very uninviting from the outside because you can't see inside the windows. I almost skipped going in but after looking at some photos online I was curious and decided to check it out anyway despite my negative first impression. The aisles are filled floor to ceiling with books arranged by categories. After looking around for a few minutes I wanted to ask about prices so I went to the counter where an older lady with bleached blond hair was working. I inquired about how much the books cost but she gave a vague answer that they are different prices. I tried to dig deeper to find out how I would know what they cost. Where they marked or did I just have to bring up the book I was interested in to find out? Before I finished she cut me off with a rude "I don't have time to price all of these books!" I felt like I was asking a fairly simple question but she made it clear that I was irritating her so I left. My encounter here was very strange because typically everyone I meet in Port St. Lucie are delightful. It was one of the reasons I came her to shop on my day off. I was hoping to grab a few books but I know a lot of other friendlier and more welcoming places to spend my money.

I'm glad to see they moved into a larger location so it's not as crowded as it used to be and there's a much higher selection available. All the records were well organized and the prices seemed in line with what's available online perhaps a bit lower depending on what record you were looking for. They had a clean restroom in the back available to patrons of the store. Also the staff was very friendly and more than willing to help if we couldn't find something and even offered us some free stickers with our purchase! With being one of the only record stores in the area they are doing a great job!
