What a gem of a shop . Well, today was similar - quite happy browsing for hours . Between my wife and I we left with no fewer than ten tomes . And I had to restrain myself from carting out more . Just the week prior I was able to do a purchase with a different Barnes and Noble with the same stipend card. Management at other location was pleasant and customer service centered while the Sarasota location and its management and staff did nothing to try to be helpful. Being a Barnes and Noble customer and member holder; I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service and attention and repeat customer. Won't be using this location even though it's more convenient than other locations.

Books are well priced and the proceeds go to supporting the library. I think it's a great idea and always love to check in and see what they have. There's a library parking lot you can use when using the library.
