    Peeling paint on hood

I don't recommend them for body work. Less than 3 months after painting hood it started peeling and they refuse to fix. Said would have to pay again or file an insurance claim.

Went here to look at a 2013 toyota highlander and talked to Kamani when we got there at first but later was pushed of on Jeff. Jeff was awsome with us he drove us around to pick out some models we liked and talked with us about everything. He worked hard on making the sell for us. We did not get the first vehicle we picked out , which was a 2022 toyota rav 4, but he did get us into a nice 2023 kia seltos. My wife loved the vehicle and loved working with Jeff. Jeff was not a salesman either but he went above and beyond to help us get into something alot nicer than what we had. I understand Kamani was helping other customers also but lacked the salesman quality. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he may have not been in the sales long in which I understand. We left happy but I do believe the detail department needs some work they left a 3m door hanger stuck to the windshield, in which I got off myself and the cleaning job was subpar. I will just have to take it and get it professionally detailed to make it look nice. The one thing I did not like about this whole experience was we got no owners book, no floor mats, and only 1 set of keys. With that being said that's why I gave it an ok rating, but for Jeff he gets a 5 star .

Two vehicles in one weekend. If you are looking for great, friendly service you can't go wrong here. Joe "Tupelo Joe" Washington, Celena, and Martha went above and beyond this weekend, May 22nd and May 23rd.

My truck experienced engine failure with symptoms identical to the well-known GM 6.2L engine issues affecting newer GMC models -- knocking, propulsion problems, stalling, and complete shutdown concerns. A trusted mechanic who previously worked for a GMC dealership specifically advised me to take it to a GM dealer because of the similarities to the known engine problems. After inspection, I was told my issue was somehow "different" and not covered, despite having the same symptoms. I ended up paying over $10,000 for a refurbished engine replacement. What made the experience even worse was the customer service throughout the process: * My vehicle was kept for approximately 3 weeks * I was given multiple inaccurate completion dates * No courtesy vehicle was provided despite the size of the repair bill * I was told my vehicle would be left accessible for after-hours pickup, only to arrive and find it locked behind the gate * After receiving my vehicle back, I discovered my underbody light wiring had been cut. When I contacted the dealership, they denied responsibility and then wanted to charge me additional money to repair it Overall, the communication, accountability, and customer care were extremely disappointing. After spending over $10,000, I expected significantly better treatment and professionalism. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location.

She even sent me a video beforehand so I'd recognize her when I arrived, which made everything feel more personal right away. She took the time to text me, understand exactly what I was looking for, and narrow down options that fit my budget. When we got there, she was kind, funny, and kept us laughing the whole time with her stories. She walked us through every feature on the vehicles we test drove and made sure we actually understood how everything worked, which I really appreciated. What stood out most is that she stayed with us from beginning to end. We never felt passed off or rushed. John was just as helpful. He answered all of our questions and worked directly with my bank to make the process smooth and quick. Both Sarah and John followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well and that we didn't have any questions or concerns. That level of care meant a lot. They made us feel comfortable enough to come back anytime if we needed anything, and like we were truly a priority the entire time. Thank you both for being so kind and for helping us get our dream car!

Their service…read moredepartment has put me in unsafe situations more than once, and this experience was the final straw. Years ago, when my car was under warranty, they "fixed" it and told me everything was fine. I didn't even make it 7 miles before my car completely shut down in front of Applebee's, on one of the busiest, most dangerous roads in Tupelo. Someone had to come in a personal vehicle just to drag my car back. And even THEN, I locked horns with the service manager because of the same dismissive, blame-shifting behavior. That should've been my sign to leave, but I kept giving them chances because I purchased my car from Kia and wanted to trust their service team. Fast forward to this week: I paid almost $800 for an oil pan reseal and oil filter housing gasket replacement. Less than 24 hours after THEY put the splash shield back on, it fell off. In six years of owning my car, this has NEVER happened until they touched it. Instead of accountability, I was met with disrespect and gaslighting. The service manager immediately tried to blame me and said: "It might've fallen off because you drove the car." Then she interrogated me about where and how far I drove, as if normal driving makes parts fall off. She repeatedly said: "I'm not dealing with your attitude." Not once did she acknowledge the obvious, that the part was NOT reinstalled correctly. When I asked for the general manager, he initially acted like he intended to fix the issue -- but that lasted maybe 30 seconds. Once the service manager started twisting the story, he joined right in. He raised his voice, threw his hand up toward me, and told me directly: "I don't have to do this, especially on a car with over 100,000 miles." Let me say this plainly: That comment should NEVER have come out of a manager's mouth. Dealerships gladly buy cars with 100,000 miles, clean them, and resell them for profit. But suddenly my mileage is the excuse to talk down to me? Make it make sense. The service manager then looked me dead in the face and said: "Oh, you think you're so smart, don't you?" I asked the general manager four separate times to make her stop insulting me. He never did. He never, not once, looked at his employee and said, "Stop. This is our customer." And magically, the tone changed the SECOND they realized I had recordings, the Saturday phone call AND the entire in-person interaction. Suddenly the truth was no longer "unclear." Then today, after emails were sent and I'm sure internal notifications were received, I get a call saying my part has "magically appeared." Interesting, because yesterday I was told it would take two days. The timing speaks for itself. Worst of all, I drove three full days without that splash shield. That part is on the car for a REASON, it protects the engine, wiring, and undercarriage. I pay a monthly note for a whole car, not one missing parts because of sloppy work. The ONLY person who acted professionally was the Saturday representative who immediately admitted her mistake and offered a genuine, heartfelt apology. Everyone else doubled down on disrespect until they realized everything was recorded. After dealing with this twice, YEARS apart, I've completely lost trust in this service department. Customers deserve honesty, safety, and respect. I received none of that here. Most of the 5 star ratings come from the employees. The service manager is even on here. This review isn't meant to cause harm. It's meant to tell the truth, protect future customers, and hold a service department accountable for repeated unsafe and unprofessional behavior.

I used my Firestone account with my saved vehicle, to select tires and received a full "out-the-door" quote, including installation, taxes, and ALL fees, installed at my local shop. I reserved the tires, price and appointment, as directly offered. After booking, the store called and advised the price would be approximately $200 higher (roughly 20%) than the quoted out-the-door total; otherwise I would receive no warranty, etc.; despite the tires advertised with a 70K manufacturer limited warranty, and a 90-day limited satisfaction guarantee. I mentioned that I had reserved the tires at the locked price online, and was told that the prices online did not reflect the actual price at the location. I canceled the appointment, and the order. I contacted customer service, first via the online chat, which they push you to, to clarify if I had perhaps missed something; but the chat was not helpful, or intuitive. I then called the corporate 1-800 number to ask about the quoted out-the-door pricing online, versus a location not honoring the price. Long story short, while they were very polite (at every step) I was informed that I could not count on any location to honor the advertised Firestone pricing, and I'd be advised to contact local stores only from this point forward. It would be easy to try and point the finger at a single party, but I don't think that's fair. I think this demonstrated a serious systemic problem from the local level all the way to the corporate office(s).
