She was incredibly patient and gracious. I was embarrassed about my situation and she never did anything but treat me with grace, empathy and great professionalism. She kept her explanations clear, concise and uncluttered with guesses or unnecessary information. She was very clear about the information required from me and didn't flinch when some of it was not straightforward. I owed a relatively low amount, but this itself was a problem for me. The IRS took a stance of why don't you just pay? Because I can't with tight, reduced income! She considered our options and proceeded with confidence but never was reckless in saying she guaranteed results, but that from her experience, it was likely to work out. I greatly appreciated this candor, as opposed to flashy unkeepable promises. It took a good while. The IRS dragged their feet. Khristina was patient and prompt to contact me as the situation progressed. We even were able to include 2018 because of the delay. The resolution just came through and it was better than good. It was perfect! I am without debt owed to the IRS and truly sleep better because of it. Thank you Khristina and Rush Tax Relief. It is not a gimmick or magic get out of jail card. My life had changed significantly and I needed some help. What they are is experts in their field: tax resolution and helping the IRS see the true financial reality of their clients.
