She was incredibly patient and gracious. I was embarrassed about my situation and she never did anything but treat me with grace, empathy and great professionalism. She kept her explanations clear, concise and uncluttered with guesses or unnecessary information. She was very clear about the information required from me and didn't flinch when some of it was not straightforward. I owed a relatively low amount, but this itself was a problem for me. The IRS took a stance of why don't you just pay? Because I can't with tight, reduced income! She considered our options and proceeded with confidence but never was reckless in saying she guaranteed results, but that from her experience, it was likely to work out. I greatly appreciated this candor, as opposed to flashy unkeepable promises. It took a good while. The IRS dragged their feet. Khristina was patient and prompt to contact me as the situation progressed. We even were able to include 2018 because of the delay. The resolution just came through and it was better than good. It was perfect! I am without debt owed to the IRS and truly sleep better because of it. Thank you Khristina and Rush Tax Relief. It is not a gimmick or magic get out of jail card. My life had changed significantly and I needed some help. What they are is experts in their field: tax resolution and helping the IRS see the true financial reality of their clients. Important questions went unanswered, updates were nonexistent, and I had to spend my own time chasing information that should have been provided without me asking. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I had to constantly email for updates that went…read moreunanswered for quite some time. The attorney would tell me he was in court and often said that it was not like him to not respond. Toward the end of my relationship with my attorney at this firm it felt obvious to me that my case was not important to him. He asked me a question about my case that he should have known and that's when I ended my time and work with the attorney that I worked with. I can recall a few emails in which I had to ask if we were still working together. It's unfortunate what happened. I felt like my time and money were not well spent. Maybe anyone looking at this review will have a better experience than I did. I do hope that for anyone who has to be represented by any attorney.

He was incredibly responsive over email and detailed in outlining the benefits he provides to clients. I love that he has a secured file portal to keep all sensitive documents private and offers quarterly calls after tax filing is complete throughout the calendar year (this is included in the flat rate for filing). He not only helped me with my taxes, he also flagged that I needed past returns amended for minor corrections and laid out the options for me so I could make the most informed decision. He said that he could reconstruct the returns for a larger, additional fee - but that he recommended that I reach out to my previous tax preparer to amend the returns as that would be more practical and at a much lower (or potentially no cost). As a bonus, he even offered to be on the email thread to help clarify if they had any tax related questions while completing the amendments - which was incredibly kind and helpful :) I really appreciate that he presented me with options and helped make sure I had the most information before proceeding - looking forward to continuing to work with him for my tax needs!
