000000 not 1 star…read more SCAM! AVOID! BAD ATTITUDE! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TUNDE. Is a scammer... I went to him in MAY 2023. When my appointment first began, I immediately sensed attitude from him and got negative feelings, but I proceeded, unfortunately. Fast forward, we finally get through the appointment. I pay him almost $400. That same day I called him and request if he can add something to my supplemental income that I forgot to mention. He says "no problem and to send him the information. I send him the documents ASAP. He tells me received , and will contact me in a few days. Few days pass, he contacts me via phone and immediately starts calling me a liar and speaking to me in a mean demeanor. I am so confused and question why he's stating this? I stand up for myself and tell him not to speak to me in that manner. He immediately then turns defensive, talks rudely again and hangs up in my face! At this point I'm extremely upset and I can no longer speak to him. I request my boyfriend to speak with him about picking up my documents. Fast forward we go pick up my documents. I come in, he immediately starts talking to me rudely. I just grab my papers and leave. ****When I get home and go through the documents HE DID NOT ADD THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I SENT HIM TO ADD TO MY TAXES. THEN HE PURPOSELY LEFT OUT SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS FROM MY TAX FILES. I CALL him immediately, and ask why he didn't add the additional information AND why are forms missing? He proceeds to tell me I have a bad attitude and if I want the information added "I NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY" . He is a SCAM! Took my money without completing the proper documentation when I PAID HIM, and the asked for more money. His attitude is absolutely disgusting. He is awful. Tunde is unprofessional, disrespectful, a scammer, and condescending human being. In all my years of life, this is one the worst transactions I've ever had with a business. I will also be reporting him the Better Business Bureau. I know it won't do much of anything, but this needs to be documented.
