What a cool outdoor gear store! MY problem is that it is only 9 minutes away from my company's home office! How am I supposed to save any money when this store is THAT Close??? Nice selection of name brand clothing. They have a more than adequate selection of firearms and ammunition in that department and the employee working in that department actually knows what he's talking about when it comes to firearms. Have I mentioned their "Wall of Hats"? Good grief! Every single design of outdoor related embroidered hat you can imagine is there. 10' high, and I'm gonna guess 30 feet long nothing but hats. The employees at the front register were perfect angels. Helpful, cute as a button, flashing a big Georgia smile and helpful as "all get out". If you haven't been here, you'll need to put your traveling shoes on, load up the wife (great selection of stylish women's clothing too) and head on over. You won't be disappointed! read more

It is nice to not have to drive another 40 plus miles for a deal.yhe employees at the firearms are very helpful and they give you time to decide, with out pressuring you to hurry up. I love Barnes Store. The folks there are tremendously helpful. For once there is a place to go shop where the employees actually try to help you instead of walking around avoiding trying to be helpful by looking busy. All kinds of guns and hunting stuff.
