I love my Lexus, but I gonna think hard when I buy another car. So I went to the Lexus owner web site where there's a blog on people who have problems with their vehicles. I posted a message about my key issue and found that there were other people like myself who were just as shocked as I was to find out about a replacement key. Someone directed me to this company in West Virgina called Advanced Lock & Security (ALS). I found their web site and ordered a shell for my key for only $44.94!!! That's a fucking $300.00 difference! Freight was only 9.87 so I paid total $54.82. I love the internet. Now I have $300.00 to spend on restaurants.

After months of waiting, they still required the $100 bench fee before releasing the computer. We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here.
