Proper training, I had a tooth filled, buy the repair FELL out after 2 months or so. They repaired it again 3 months later it fell out again, made another appointment to fix it again, the gave me the run around. I would rate this place a 0ne Star. How can a filling g keep falling out. They don't know what they are doing. Very poor performance. read more

The front desk staff is professional and they remember who I am. I get in and out quickly, and I love the improvements with my teeth.

Never been a fan of the front desk. One time I got skipped for my appointment in front of someone else cause they forgot about me. Or then tend to argue that you're wrong on something you went through. read more

This place absolutely ruined my chances of getting my mouth fixed. I went in to see about getting my teeth removed for dentures as Ive suffered from dental problems for a couple of decades as a result of not being able to afford insurance. Well, I finally get insurance and am excited at the fact of getting my mouth taken care of. The first dentist I saw there, an older lady, she tells me they can actually just do partials because I have some teeth that can be saved and they won't do dentures. I told her I didn't like that idea because my teeth were very brittle all around, but, She's the doctor, so I trust her. She then proceeds to tell me that they have to remove anything too far gone, and repair the rest before they can do the partials so there is something they can attach to. It took over a year of visits every month to get things "fixed" enough that they could get an imprint for partials. After that year, then it took another month and a half to get my partials, by this time, and during all these appointments I noticed some of the teeth they "saved" were not actually saved at all and still very brittle. The partials caused more damage than they did good. A tooth that helped support them cracked almost right after they gave me the partials. I had to go back and Hudec says "Ok, we'll just pull yet another tooth, and add that to your partial." Now, I had just gotten my partials and only had about seven teeth left in my mouth.. So they take the partials again and send them back to the lab. The lab sends them back with not one, but TWO extra teeth. They no longer fit in my mouth. The dentist, a younger one this time, she says, "No worries, I can remove that extra tooth from the set right here". She takes the little grinder drill tool and starts shaving the tooth off the frame of the partial. Puts them back in my mouth, and says, "There we go how does that look? Came out perfect it looks like".. It didn't. She ruined my partials that I spent all that time on, and they collected a TON OF MONEY from the insurance. Completely ruined them. I left in literal tears because I had a job interview the next day and was counting on being able to smile again. I called the office and explained this to the receptionist answering the phone, she promised a callback from the dentist within the day so I could get the partials fixed again.. I never got a callback. Not that I wanted to ever go back there but It doesn't matter anyways, because theres no reason to wear the partial if they do more harm than good, and Im not letting them collect anymore money from the insurance. I followed ALL the best practices to take care of my mouth as instructed after and during the work that was put in. This was my chance at getting my confidence back, my career back, my LIFE back! These people are total crooks. Instead of just giving me an affordable permanent solution that could have been completed in a couple visits, they charged me for every procedure they could because they knew they could collect from the insurance, and they did. Do yourselves a favor. Find another dentist. I'd love to do that but since Hudec made me get the partials, now the insurance won't cover dentures which is what I wanted in the first place. They completely screwed me. I've been walking around the last year and a half since I last left there with 7 teeth in my mouth, barely able to talk now, also making it hard to eat, because they pulled everything else. My career is basically over. Cant work in my industry if you can't communicate with clients and colleagues verbally, and no one will hire me when I show to an interview and look like a drug addict. read more

I was really happy when I found Dr. Stein I was told that I needed a specialist for a root canal and i searched for weeks. Dr. Stein said she was able to do it no problem. Dr. Stein, Alicia and the rest of the staff here are phenomenal. I ended up getting 2 root canals from Dr. Stein. Ouch! But she was quick and efficient. They also do a great job reminding you of your appointment and utilizing technology to confirm. read more

My wife and I recently had our teeth cleaned at Hudec Dental in Norton. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. My wife needed an additional service and they did a great job with that too. The receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed chatting with her. Highly recommend. read more

Staff is very kind Dr. Stein in NOT...she is very demeaning and rude. If you haven't been to the dentist for a while, she will degrade you about it. Never have I ever had a professional person speak to me in such a degrading way. A plus for support staff F minus for Dr. STEIN. read more

Let me just say these people are awful. The dental hygienist is very impersonal. She made my nine-year-old very uncomfortable. The dentist was rude and resorted to shaming about my child having a cavity. As a nurse I know what good patient care looks like and these people don't provide it. read more

Absolutely a terrible experience! I only went there because I missed my appointment at my regular dentist and just wanted a cleaning. In the beginning of the exam the hygienist (who could barely speak English) kept saying how great my teeth looked and how clean they were and that I shouldn't have any issues for years to come. She left the room for a moment and when she came back said that I have periodontal disease, and that I'd need a two hour surgery to begin correcting it! She said that I would need to come back for follow ups & cleanings every three months for the next year. I have great teeth & gums When the dentist finally came in the room she asked if I'd been having any problems, I said I've never had any issues. She said you have a couple teeth pulled so there must have been something wrong, yeah, I had two bad cavity in my teens with no insurance. Just insulting. She said that the hygienist would explain the next steps, then she walked out! The receptionist gave me paperwork that showed it would cost me almost $700 out of pocket, even with my insurance, which is very good. I went back to my old dentist, right down the street. I got a very thorough exam and cleaning and even reviewed my x-rays from the past three years to identify any possible changes and was told that I do not have any issues at all and that no surgery is needed . I regret ever going to Hudec. The showed a poor bedside manner and were very unprofessional. Seems like they are just out for a profit. I will never go back!!! read more

I am on Medicaid and I have heard horror stories about healthcare facilities treating people differently because they have medicaid. I searched for a dentist for 3 months reading horrible reviews and feeling discouraged. I ran across Hudec dental the cle-mass location and they had some reviews but the difference was the office actually responded back to negative reviews and tried to help people find a solution. So I thought I'll try this out! The dentist and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Medicaid is very limited on what it will pay for and the dentist went through my options with me so thoughtfully. I had to get a tooth removed and if I had a little pain she did not hesitate to numb me more. She wanted to make sure I didnt feel the smallest of pain and I didn't. It was a fenomenal experience. Better than my old dentist before medicaid. I highly recommend this office. read more

I went to Hudec Dental over a year ago I called ahead and made sure they took my insurance I get to the appointment they copy my insurance cards I get my teeth cleaned then 4 months later I receive a bill I call and say why wasn't discovered you told me it was I called you ahead to ask they said they didn't know they get back with me I've called almost every month for over a year no one has given me an answer today I call and they tell me that it's half my fault they never gave me a number of what they want me to pay but I shouldn't pay anything cuz I thought I was 100% covered and was told I was Mike Hudec the owner the president of the company said he cannot write off $195 for somebody that's on disability because of bad health they have 20 offices and he can't write off $195 for their mistake not my mistake and the dentist that Norton was extremely rough with my son and myself not very friendly she was awful he was hurting and she kind of got snippy with him and I said something to her he hasn't been back it was one time after the time I went I do have to say their hygienist Oksana was phenomenal and great with my son but the lady dentist was mean to me and my child and on top of that to add insult to injury they tell me I'm covered and I'm not covered they tell me it's my fault even though I called ahead and said I would cancel my appointment if I wasn't covered and gave him all my insurance information plus they copied the cards I know I said this already but I can't believe a president of a company can't write off $195 because of their mistake when you have 20 offices good luck with them you're going to need it, over a year I waited and this is how I'm getting my solution now if it would have been a couple months later I might have been willing to pay a little bit and it would have been stressful to come with extra money when you think you're covered but over a year later they come up with a solution for me good luck read more
