What a great dealer! Really enjoyed working with Greg. Very knowledgeable, quick but not pushy. He allowed me to try out few motorcycles, and worked out a great deal. I'll be coming back here. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about Garcia Moto's service department and the high standard of customer service, especially from Jeff and Ian. I purchased my 2020 Scout Bobber in October of 2020 from a different dealership. I immediately went to work in my garage making all of the mods I had planned. I knew that when it came to some of the more advanced modifications (I.e., electrical work), I would need some assistance, and quickly found out that most of the shops closer to me (NC Triad Area) were not eager to help. They mostly gravitate towards the aftermarket parts they stock - the majority of which are plug and play - and don't want to stray too far beyond that. From the first time I talked to Ian, I knew I had called the right place. His "We'll figure it out," attitude was refreshing after all the much less enthusiastic conversations I had with other shops and dealerships. Ian was up front about the potential time involved and the finicky nature of the scout electronics system. I didn't hesitate to load the bike up and drive it to Raleigh for a week in the shop. The rear aftermarket turn signals required a custom wiring harness. I knew what I wanted and supplied the Rizoma turn signals. Garcia Moto's shop took care of the rest. Additionally, I did not like the stock front turn signals, which looked like they belonged on a 747 airplane, and not a mid-size motorcycle, but didn't really have any ideas. Ian and team once again came through with some suggestions, and I could not be happier. The dealership itself is also great and Garcia Moto sells Indian, BMW, KTM, and Ducati. There's plenty of motorcycles, swag, and accessories to checkout and I certainly killed my fair share of time gawking at the Ducati tri-color on the showroom floor. If you live in the Raleigh area, this could easily be your dealer of choice. If you don't, I still wouldn't hesitate to make the drive to get serviced by this top notch shop.

    Here is the advertisement!

On 6/21/24 I signed for 2014 BMW R1200RT from Garcia Moto, which was on consignment, after spending 5 days or so in discussions/negotiations with my salesperson Cody (who was awesome). I live in Arizona some 2200 miles away. The bike I purchased was advertised as having a two (2) year warranty INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE. When it came time to move forward I was told the warranty would have to be purchased if I wanted one. Mind you, the advertisement was STILL POSTED AS WE SPOKE AND FINALIZING THE PAPERWORK! What I was told was the "IT guy was supposed to have taken it off earlier when the bike price was reduced,". How does a warranty just disappear? Needless to say I attempted on several occasions to contact the owner, Garret, but he won't respond to me. Instead he communicated through the sales person and still maintained it was a mistake by the IT guy and had to be purchased. He even went as far as saying I COULD RETURN THE BIKE FOR A FULL REFUND (I wonder if he would stick me with the shipping both ways?) Anyway, I've contacted the Atty General and other complaint avenues in order to make potential buyers aware of Garcia Moto's practice in this case. I'm sure everyone won't have the same experience but think twice before you spend your money there. If there is another dealership GO THERE FIRST! Garret has no shame!

Told the boss man behind the counter this…read morewinter on a ride, I thought my rear tire ran over something, and later that day I noticed one of the cams my quick release Memphis Shades windscreen locks onto had fallen off- and that the Memphis shades website wasn't very easy to navigate to order just the exact part I needed, and a new bracket was about 50 buckets IF YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE and if you got the set (easy to tell the correct set, but not the part) that was about 140 bucks. The manager told me to wait a minute and rummaged around an old box of parts and produced both the correct bracket and cam. The only thing missing was the spacer which I made from 2 dollars worth of stainless steel washers at Ace hardware. I gladly offered to pay generously for the part, but being a gentleman motorcyclist he declined my offer. When we arrived shortly after opening the next morning, no one but employees were in the show room. The manager we were sent to see gave us a chilly reception, then walked off to his office leaving us standing there not knowing what was happening. Another employee saw our confusion and at least offered us a chair and coffee. The manager then came back out of his office, still acting like he had no idea idea why we were there. My wife and I were sitting at a desk with the clean title and keys in front of us. I had to again explain that he had made an offer on our bike that we had accepted the previous day, and part of the agreement was he would pick up the bike at our house. He then told us he had told our car dealer friend he had no way to pick up the bike and he was no longer going to honor our deal. We were letting this bike go for roughly half of its Kelly Blue Book price knowing there is a glut of bikes on the market. However, the apathy and disdain with which we were treated here was simply astounding. No explanations, no apologies, and no respect from the manager. I'll give this bike away before I do business with people like this.

I mean, Boone just makes it way too easy to just casually buy a motorcycle while also taking care of your beard. It's also a cool hangout spot. I mean before you know it bikers are going to start growing beards because of this place and a world full of more beards is a better world. I really dig the repurposed motorcycle helmet that has a plant growing out of it. Most people would just trash that helmet but Boone is out here saving the planet by upcycling...I guess he does more than sell cycles. The outdoor area with the fire pit and benches is really nice to chill and have a cigar and share beard care tips with all the bros.
