What a great dealer! Really enjoyed working with Greg. Very knowledgeable, quick but not pushy. He allowed me to try out few motorcycles, and worked out a great deal. I'll be coming back here. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about Garcia Moto's service department and the high standard of customer service, especially from Jeff and Ian. I purchased my 2020 Scout Bobber in October of 2020 from a different dealership. I immediately went to work in my garage making all of the mods I had planned. I knew that when it came to some of the more advanced modifications (I.e., electrical work), I would need some assistance, and quickly found out that most of the shops closer to me (NC Triad Area) were not eager to help. They mostly gravitate towards the aftermarket parts they stock - the majority of which are plug and play - and don't want to stray too far beyond that. From the first time I talked to Ian, I knew I had called the right place. His "We'll figure it out," attitude was refreshing after all the much less enthusiastic conversations I had with other shops and dealerships. Ian was up front about the potential time involved and the finicky nature of the scout electronics system. I didn't hesitate to load the bike up and drive it to Raleigh for a week in the shop. The rear aftermarket turn signals required a custom wiring harness. I knew what I wanted and supplied the Rizoma turn signals. Garcia Moto's shop took care of the rest. Additionally, I did not like the stock front turn signals, which looked like they belonged on a 747 airplane, and not a mid-size motorcycle, but didn't really have any ideas. Ian and team once again came through with some suggestions, and I could not be happier. The dealership itself is also great and Garcia Moto sells Indian, BMW, KTM, and Ducati. There's plenty of motorcycles, swag, and accessories to checkout and I certainly killed my fair share of time gawking at the Ducati tri-color on the showroom floor. If you live in the Raleigh area, this could easily be your dealer of choice. If you don't, I still wouldn't hesitate to make the drive to get serviced by this top notch shop.

    Here is the advertisement!

On 6/21/24 I signed for 2014 BMW R1200RT from Garcia Moto, which was on consignment, after spending 5 days or so in discussions/negotiations with my salesperson Cody (who was awesome). I live in Arizona some 2200 miles away. The bike I purchased was advertised as having a two (2) year warranty INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE. When it came time to move forward I was told the warranty would have to be purchased if I wanted one. Mind you, the advertisement was STILL POSTED AS WE SPOKE AND FINALIZING THE PAPERWORK! What I was told was the "IT guy was supposed to have taken it off earlier when the bike price was reduced,". How does a warranty just disappear? Needless to say I attempted on several occasions to contact the owner, Garret, but he won't respond to me. Instead he communicated through the sales person and still maintained it was a mistake by the IT guy and had to be purchased. He even went as far as saying I COULD RETURN THE BIKE FOR A FULL REFUND (I wonder if he would stick me with the shipping both ways?) Anyway, I've contacted the Atty General and other complaint avenues in order to make potential buyers aware of Garcia Moto's practice in this case. I'm sure everyone won't have the same experience but think twice before you spend your money there. If there is another dealership GO THERE FIRST! Garret has no shame!

Mark the GM has matched deals for me at other dealerships, I've learned that it never hurts to ask, they want to earn your business and keep it! HD Bill will sell you the bike of your dreams new or used without pressure or shady sales practices--he's a great dude, go talk to him. Justin in service will get you whatever you need for your bike whether it's just an inspection, new tires, or a Stage IV upgrade, he's got your back as does the rest of the service department--they even take care of my non-Harley 2nd bike. I am familiar with a lot of the staff here because I joined the dealerships' HOG group in 2021 and I've enjoyed tons of special treatment. Every year we have a free dinner party on the roof in Ray Price's old apartment that sits on top of the dealership. This year we got to watch fireworks on New Years from up there, it was amazing. I've literally ridden thousands of miles and stayed overnight on HOG trips in 20+ states with these people. The HOG group is one of the best groups of people you will find anywhere. They do a ton of annual trips to the Dragon, Little Switzerland, The Outer Banks, and National Rallys--we went to New Orleans and St Louis and even West Virginia in 2025!! They also do new trips to new locations every year. They even have monthly dinner rides and weekly lunch rides--something for Not only does the HOG group host rides but the dealership does as well. I've camped in the mountains with the staff from the dealership who made all of our food for us and led rides on the Blue Ridge Parkway and other amazing roads, and they didn't care if you rode in on a Harley or not, there were young guys there with Honda's and they treated them just the same. That's not how Bulldog is going to treat you (and they don't even support a HOG group of their own riders if that tells you anything). They do a ton of public events for everyone. They often have free activities for kids like building Lego Motorcycles. They often have free food as well as an assortment of food trucks. Bands. Mobile shops selling all sorts of motorcycle items both handmade and wholesale. On top of all of that, they offer many amazing classes such as rider classes and safety courses. This is a five star dealer ten times over. I am thankful for having a place like this in our community that caters to all riders.

We took our motorcycle to this shop for diagnosis of a warranty-related concern. We did not take it there and tell them to repair whatever they wanted and send us a bill afterward. At no point were we provided a quote for repairs before the work was completed. At no point were we contacted and asked to approve over $1,000 in repairs. At no point did we authorize the labor or parts that were installed. Instead, we were informed the bike was finished and then provided what was labeled as an "estimate" after the repairs had already been completed. An estimate is supposed to help a customer decide whether they want the work performed. It's hard to make that decision when the work has already been done. What makes this even more concerning is that the owner later admitted he could not produce any signed authorization approving the repairs. No signed repair authorization. No signed estimate approval. No email approval. No text approval. Nothing. The owner also stated in writing that it was his decision that the issue was not a warranty concern. Rather than contacting the warranty company before repairs were performed, he made that determination himself and completed the work first. Think about that for a second. The shop found time to diagnose the bike. The shop found time to perform the repairs. The shop found time to install parts. The shop found time to create an invoice. The shop found time to decide the failure wasn't warranty related. But somehow there was never time to call the customer and obtain approval before moving forward. Throughout this process, getting answers and documentation was a battle. We repeatedly requested paperwork and records. We were given changing explanations, references to documents that could not be produced, and excuses instead of clear proof that the repairs had actually been authorized. As business owners ourselves, we understand mistakes happen. What we don't understand is how a shop can complete repairs, present a four-figure bill, and then be unable to provide documentation showing the customer approved the work. If you choose to do business here, protect yourself. Get copies of everything. Get every estimate in writing. Get every authorization in writing. Do not assume you will be contacted before work is performed. We certainly wish we had. For those asking what the issue was... Went in for not starting until warm, they found some valves had no clearance and fixed them without letting us know until after it was all said and done, stated it was over 8.5 hours of work. On their website which anyone can view, a customer only authorizes 1.5 hours of diagnostic work, to which then the customer is to be contacted if they need to go further to get authorization from the customer. None of that was done.
