I was able purchase the service and equipment online and pick it up in the store before my appointment time. Best Buy made it a very simple online and in-store process which took me less than 15 minutes. For my appointment, Rob D. was knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out I purchased the wrong part and made it an easy exchange. Better yet, the installation (estimated at 1 hour) started on time and was completed in ~20 minutes and the audio works perfectly.

When I tried to explain - I have the order on hand, which was emailed to them, she basically yelled at me and hung up. Unbelievable. Upon calling Viking warranty team, I learned that my work order was declined by Superior El; their receptionist didnt even bother to tell me that! I am puzzled - how this company stays in business with such terrible attitude towards customers.
