When I finally have enough sitting around, I got up to leave & one salesman gave me a petty little "were you looking for something?" Was I looking for something? Yes, maybe a car that you have listed on your website since this is a car lot? All of this for him to say "it's sold", ok how about take it off your website then? Extremely unprofessional & rude salesman, I bought multiple cars from the previous owners of this dealership but I will never return to this dealership and I will tell everybody I know to avoid doing business with them.

This establishment is the epitome of the stereotypical crooked car salesmen. They passed the inspection immediately of the 2012 Volvo XC90 with a taillight out and 2 bald tires. I had to chase down initial work agreed upon in the sale. On my way to the dealership 10 days after purchase, an 02 sensor malfunctioned. 2 days after that, transmission problems. Although it is entirely covered under NYS Lemon Law, management at 112 Auto Plaza lied and attempted to avoid paying the transmission shop they outsourced the work to. Afterwards, they refused to take any calls from myself or the shop for days. Two months later, the car is still broken and they have forced me to take legal action. Between tows, rental cars fees and diagnostic fees, I am exhausted. I know this to be true, these people are corrupt and do not care for others. Please do not support their business. Buy a car anywhere else

This has nothing to do with Rhode Island BUT the complete ineptitude of the BARON HONDA staff. This has cost us a ton of money in rental cars and immeasureable inconvenience. One department has no idea what the other department is doing. And despite the general manager Cirello, who appeared to try to make things "right", we still can not drive our car. I took the results to JayWare & the salesman agreed to do the brakes & a minor repair. My mechanic also checked out the car. I then left a $1k deposit w/my Amex card . I called to reconfirm that the car was ready for delivery, & I went & got cash for the sale. I went solo to test drive it, & the brakes were NEVER done! I went & got the salesman & had him go with me on a test drive. He had the audacity to say that's how Audi brakes are. I told him not only do I own an Audi TT, I currently drive another German car - a Benz! I left the car & told him if it's not fixed I won't buy it. He then wanted to take control of the situation & told me, he didn't need the problems & I might not be a good fit for the sale. I agreed & told him to send me my deposit. I gave him 2 weeks then called Amex. Within a week, I received a check. Whatta joke. Condescending & speaks to unsuspecting customers as if they've never driven a vehicle. That guy gives used salesmen the bad reputation they get.
