This is a picture of the conversation I had with Jayla

My Experience was horrible. I spoke to a women Name Jayla in reference to a 2024 Honda Accord Sport. Before I drove a total of 100 miles there and back with the intentions of purchasing the vehicle I asked her Jayla, will there be any dealer fees? She told me No. So when I arrived I test drove the car, Jason was my sales rep. I agreed to buy the vehicle but was advised there will be a $4000 dealer fee since I'm not using their bank (coldly). Told me there is nothing else he can help me with even after I told him what Jayla said. His response after that was that Jayla is new.

Front of driveshaft destroyed including a U-joint cap that was shattered - somehow missed by their service dept during safety check.

Do not ever purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. They charge you a top notch price for a not top notch product. I purchased a 2004 S10 pickup from them a few weeks ago that had extremely low mileage. I was told this vehicle was close to perfect. I was told they have a former GM tech there who went over this top to bottom and they did a lot of work to it. I call bullshit. After starting to use this truck I began to notice many issues I feel should not have been missed during a proper used car safety check. First the parking brake does not work. That is a safety issue. The pedal assembly does not lock in place, a common issue with these vehicles so the pedal assembly needs to be replaced. It also has mismatched rear shocks on it, one looks new, the other looks original and of course that one is no good. So they either only replaced one shock or it came into them that way ans they did nothing about it. It also has a bad driveline vibration during highway speeds and it makes a squeaking noise when driving it. I thought it was just a bad U-Joint, not a big deal but it turns out the whole drives haft is destroyed. And they supposedly had a GM tech look over this? If that's the case he sucks and needs to sell his tools asap. There were about 4 to 5 burned out light bulbs on this truck and the brakes are making a hell of a noise. I haven't got to finding out why that is but seeing what I found already I am not optimistic. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. There are only 2 possibilities here. Either they sold this vehicle knowingly with these issues and did not want to do anything about them, or they didn't even bother to do a proper used car safety check on this vehicle. Either way not good.

BUYER'S BEWARE Of PHIL NOCIFORO, a salesman/manager at The Baron Honda Supercenter in Patchogue,…read moreNY. Phil was my salesman back in 2020 when I leased my Honda Pilot. In February, he contacted me to let me know he was now working for Honda City in Bethpage. After putting down $5,000 and winding up with a monthly payment increase of $90, Phil assured me that any excess mileage; wear n tear; disposition fee would be waived via the Loyalty Program Offer that I received. Since the 2020 Pilot was financed thru Fusion & not Honda I asked him if I should get my own inspection. He said it wasn't necessary. Well that was a huge mistake because after receiving a slew of bills, I ultimately owed Fusion $2100.00. This saga went on for three months. Phony Phil told me he was working with Fusion & adj's were being made (his most recent text was dated 5/31). I then visited him in person and expressed my frustration. He asked me to give him another day, he shook my hand, & gave me his word he was on it. I then contacted the Fusion rep who was handling the case. She said Fusion hadn't heard from Phil. Phil then left his employment with Honda City & ghosted me. I did however make it my business to visit him today at his "new gig" in Patchogue. As you can well imagine it didn't go well. Honest Abe was quite annoyed that I tracked him down. For all you readers, do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere!!!

There is a 90 warranty through a 3rd party policy covering major issues, but when I called and mentioned a small leak, he told me to bring it back down so he could see it.
