I have almost nothing good to say about my experience with Dr. Inkeles. The only positive note is…read morethat the staff was very nice. As for Dr. Inkeles, he was awful. I had to wait about an hour and a half to see the doctor. My appointment was at 10:15, and I didn't see Dr. Inkeles until about 11:30. He was extremely unprofessional. He was belching and burping constantly which I found rather disgusting. His appearance, in general, seemed unkempt, and gave me the impression he wasn't clean. Also, during the appointment, he used voice recognition to narrate the summary of my appointment in front of me, and he got my name completely wrong, and the date wrong. He seemed to be completely unfocused. I am supposed to go back to have him remove a tumor off of my eyelid. I don't feel confident, and have decided to find another doctor.

Susan was patient, adjusted my current glasses, and helped me learn more about progressive lenses and the inevitable adjustments I needed to make. She then told me to wear this pair for a few weeks to ensure the prescription was correct before ordering the second pair I wanted. You can bet I'll be back to purchase that second pair of glasses there - but I cannot get over the professional and courteous service they provided to me before I'm even a paying customer.

The office has a warm welcoming feeling and Dr. Covucci and her staff are some of the most caring and sweetest people I have ever met. She was amazing when my daughter was first getting fitted for contacts. She apologized for having us come back a few weeks in a row as she kept trying different brands of contacts to see which one my daughter felt the most comfortable with.
