What disappointed me most was not even the lost jacket. It was the lack of accountability and the complete absence of an apology. I was not asking for compensation. I simply wanted someone to acknowledge what happened and say they were sorry. I've never had a complaint. Their prices for the area, I would say, are in the mid-range. I had a bit of sticker shock when I tried one of the dry cleaners closest to me one day. I also appreciate their honestly. A short while back Mr. Park told me they couldn't clean a coat I had brought in - it was waxed denim - while guaranteeing that the cleaning process wouldn't cause discoloration in the coat. I told him I appreciated his candor and gave him the ok to go ahead. He made a point of putting it to the side so he could explain the level of care needed to whomever would be doing the actual cleaning. It looked great when I picked it up! They even sewed up a hole from the one time I tried to wash my comforter with no extra charge! Whenever I need dry cleaning or anything tricky cleaned, I will 100% use Mass Court Cleaners.

They will also work with you if you have time constraints or special requests. They gave the runaround for 2 months and then tried to give me an item that wasn't mine as a replacement. They then tried to deny responsibility. If you want a cleaners thats going to get your every day shirts and pants clean they are good for that but if you want a business that won't lose valuables and is dependable then I suggest finding a different establishment.
