I called them and didn't actually get to talk to the handyman person; instead, I talked to his assistant (who acted like an intermediary). He stressed that the repairman (Calvin I think was his name) was busy through at least a couple of weeks but that I should text some pictures of what we wanted done to a certain number and he would get back to us. I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

The first guy wanted to place the unit that goes outside right below where we eat on our deck in the summer, which would have been noisy and annoying. The second wanted to place it in a very visible space under our bedroom windows; again not good. We were also told by one of them that the duct could not vent into a sunroom we had added onto the house. Ed put the unit in a nook outside where it is barely noticeable, and the ducts/vents that he installed work just fine in the sunroom. Since the installation we've had him come to check the unit, vents, and change the filter. We've been very happy with the A/C and heat from the unit he installed and with his work.
