I almost never write reviews but after my experience with Barragan Ironworks, I have to. I had a gate that was getting harder and harder to close and then it wouldn't close and was not latching anymore. We have pets in the back so it was important to get it fixed right away. It was Sunday and I knew no one would respond but I thought I get the ball rolling and get the request out and maybe get a response in the next few days. To my surprise, Jorge from Barragan Ironworks responded immediately. I sent him photos of my gate and videos to how it was not closing and latching. He explained that one side of the gate was not installed properly and due to the gate being so heavy it was drooping and hence why the latch no longer was aligned. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could do the repair the next morning at 9am. He arrived at 9am and was done by 11am!!! That's it? All done? Other than looking up restaurants, this was my first experience using a service from Yelp. I was very happy and surprised my issue was resolved.
