They were also patient with our questions and concerns while working seamlessly with multiple neighbors of shared fence lines. They use Duramax vinyl fencing products which is the best out there, with a lifetime warranty. Their pricing is very competitive, offering discounts for bigger jobs (multiple shared fences) and for paying cash. I can't really compare Fantastic Vinyl Fencing to any other vinyl fence company - because Fantastic was the first and only company I called! Our home is a little unconventional. We are on a shared driveway/easement and so the house doesn't face toward the street. While not a wide property, it is long and we needed a fence that would go down the length of the driveway. I also wanted a taller fence near our front patio in order to give us a little more privacy (hard to come by when on a shared driveway!) My husband and I thought we knew what we wanted and how things should look. Upon further discussion, we changed our mind which meant that our initial plans and quote needed to be changed. Everyone was very patient with us as we made changes. From beginning to end, our experience was awesome, and we love our privacy fence! read more

We reached out to Fantastic Vinyl Fence twice, once in 2025 and again recently in 2026, and both times dealt with Ricky for the estimates. On the front end, things looked promising. He was responsive when it came to scheduling the estimates, punctual, and professional while on site. That part was smooth. Where things fell short was after the estimates, when we tried to get clarity on the vinyl color options in person. Back in 2025, I texted Ricky asking what time I could come by to see the color samples and never received a response. This year, my mom texted after our new estimate asking the same thing. Ricky replied that it was by appointment only and she asked if we could come around 2:30. After that, we never heard back and nothing was scheduled. It's unfortunate because the Yelp reviews are so strong and we genuinely wanted to move forward because their pricing was within budget, but being left hanging twice made it feel like we weren't given the same level of follow-through or consideration that other customers seem to describe. Communication is a big part of the process, especially with a larger purchase like fencing, and at minimum we expected a yes/no/time or even a reschedule. Instead, it just fizzled out with no closure on either attempt. We didn't get to the point of hiring them, so we can't speak to workmanship or installation quality, but based on our experience the communication didn't match the reputation. A simple reply or update would have gone a long way. read more

Fast responses and great service! They installed a shared boundary fence and an entry gate for our property several months ago. However, I was out of town for months (including when they installed the fence and gate) -- I only recently returned home, and I realized there was a gap between the gate and the privacy wall of our house. I asked if they could realign the gate so that there was no gap -- Arthur kindly agreed to have it fixed at no charge, even though the original job was technically done a few months ago. I shared a photo to show the gap when messaging Arthur and he pointed out that the gate was straight but the privacy wall was a bit slanted. In order to cover the gap, his team attached an extra piece of vinyl this morning, which seems to do the trick. After seeing my neighbor's fence and really liking the design, I decided to build a similar fence for my house. I wrote down the phone number on the sign and contacted Fantastic Vinyl Fence Inc. Ricky was assigned to take the measurements. The first time he came, he provided a quote. Later, I changed my mind and adjusted my plan, and he was willing to come a second time to take the measurements again. The design I wanted was unique because the fence needed to be installed on a platform, not directly from the ground. Art, the boss, came to take the final measurements the day before installation to ensure everything was correct. He mentioned that the fence he sold was specifically made for the Southern California climate. The installation took about seven hours. The fence was custom-made, with the workers cutting and assembling it on-site. Overall, I am very pleased with the end product and fully satisfied.
