This is by far the most comfortable, welcoming and courteous auto repair shops I have been to. The waiting room has its own 52 inch screen TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube and even regular cable. Bathroom is clean which feels like home, and also has the traditional water dispenser with hot and cold water at your disposal. Many " top-tier" auto repair shops are good, yet they have nothing to show for their customers. The shop owner is very generous, kind and light hearted. I was greeted by Chris and he immediately helped me was very courteous listened to my concerns (other than the oil change) and was absolutely helpful. My car was taken care of in no time, they did my AC by adding Freon and also gave me an estimate (very fair and reasonable)on other work which needs to be done. I will definitely go back and the customer service was wonderful, the place is very clean and even had refreshments to offer and . The lady in the back I can't remember her name, but she also was very friendly; it seems to be a family owned place, which I like.
