I have to change my opinion about this place. The first time i brought the car there for an oil change all went well. I had another issue that needed attention and I was told to bring the car the next day . I was told to leave the car and they would let me know the problem . I took an uber home . By the afternoon the car would not be ready to check back tomorrow. Now it's the next day , the car is still not ready so I take an uber there and car was still not looked at.. Everyone is super nice and pleasant to deal with, but more importantly, they are extremely honest. I brought my car in thinking I either had a bad alternator or an electrical problem, and it turned out to be a disconnected wire. They could have said otherwise and charged me for services not performed, but they told me the truth and charged me a nominal fee. I previously wrote a review praising this place for its quality work and integrity. I took my BMW in for an oil change and to check the front bearings. An hour later, they called to tell me I needed a system flush instead of an oil change, and they showed me videos of slush. They then called to tell me I needed a $600 rear brake job, $1,800 to replace the struts, and they said the front two tires needed to be replaced because they were bald on the inside. I grew up in my father's tire company - the tires were not bald. The guy went into a dramatic performance about the engine flush. They are excellent technically - the best around. But be aware, they have become way too experienced at the pressure sell. Had I authorized all of the proposed work, the cost would have exceeded $4k. It hurts me to say that I have lost trust in this repair shop. I gave them three stars bc they are great mechanics, but I am not referring others to this establishment. read more

I brought my '06 Mustang in for a battery drain the first time on 7/19. Zero communication with anybody as to an estimate of time or money, and when I picked it up on 7/24 I said to Walter, "Was it hard to find?" to which he replied, "Very." "But this should fix it, right?" "Yes." I was billed $820 for, as stated on bill, REPAIR GROUND WIRE TO ALTERNATOR WIRING HARNESS. Three days later, on 7/27, the car wouldn't start at all. I brought it in again on 8/2. After another solid week of zero communication as to anything (and I tried numerous times), I finally spoke to Walter on 8/9, who advised me that they were trying to find a GEM Module. My question is, if it's the GEM that's causing the problem, what was I charged for the first time? I asked Walter for some sort of a time frame, and he said, "About one day." I gave it a few days, and called on Friday 8/11. Walter was off, and we didn't seem to be making any progress during the following week, so on 8/15, I asked you if it was driveable. You advised me that if it was driveable before I brought it in, it should be OK. What neither of us had stopped to consider was that my car had been sitting in an AUTO SHOP with a BATTERY DRAIN for the past two weeks, and now the battery was well and truly dead. I was sent into traffic with this dead battery, which caused my car to stop no less than four times in the middle of rush hour on Federal, resulting in at least one near rear-end accident. If I didn't have my portable booster with me I would still be out there! Needless to say, I also needed to get a new battery. It had been checked prior to this, and it was fine. To sum up, your shop had my car for a total of three weeks, told me it was fixed, charged me $820, then told me it wasn't fixed, and then let my battery die. Trying to communicate with anyone or make any headway was near impossible this whole time as well. read more

Surprisingly its 5 stars becausr you know we all think mechanics are bad guys dont we now. These guys were great I had no insuramce came with my leased caddie with large dings on the right side. The damage had to be roughly $700-900 , I was accommodated for $650. They were not able to start right away I had to wait a week but looking at the type of costumers and vehicles that pull up to the lot you could tell people valued their quality of work. After the work was done about a week I came to get my car, I noticed a small scratch still left and notified the staff. They did not argue instead happily took the car back and fixed it. My rear lights were not working due to a rear end collision. I called first to see if they could look at it, they were so kind on the phone and honest about when they could get to service the car. I was able to drop the car in the morning and Walter said he would try his best to get to it the same day, but gave no promises. Well Walter delivered! The diagnostics was run and the car was fixed by 3pm! I was able to pick it up and as and added bonus they even washed my car! I am very happy and will go back next week to get my oil changed and air filter replaced, since they do all of those services too! So so good! read more
