Finally I just put some cash in his shirt pocket, waved goodbye and walked away with both of us smiling. I can't image a more trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable body shop. And while it was minor accident... no injuries, my airbag didn't deploy, her child was in car seat, thank goodness. My poor car had a jacked bumper, hood, quarter panel & light kit. So I limped home and called my insurance and this location was one of the recommended State Farm body shops. OK. I saw that Harry was a fan and one of my car-guy coworkers likes them too. Sold. Communication was excellent. I dropped my car over the weekend so called them Monday morning. They explained the insurance estimate process to me. And everything went smoothly. Seriously, I emailed them with questions and they answered promptly... I can't even get that sort of response time from other offices, much less a mechanic. The car was ready when they told me and they washed and vacuumed it so it looks great!
