From the moment I walked in, Casey and Ryan were awesome! They gave me honest opinions on what would need to be done, what they could probably buff out, and what would most likely need to be replaced. The pricing was very fair and lower than I thought it'd be. Two days later I dropped off my car. Less than a week later I got the phone call that my car was done! She looks beautiful: they did an amazing job! I am so happy with the knowledge and care they took to get the bumper and driver front end fixed up. The paint and blending matches perfectly. I went in yesterday to get service and they completely refused service from me because of my personal body camera. Honestly I don't think it was because of that. I frequently deal with discrimination regularly and they made me feel uncomfortable and didn't even let me in their establishment. I would not recommend people of color to do business at this location. That is not the way you treat people. I was already having a bad day. Also went there last week & they acted wierd when I went in the office. Like they already knew what they wanted to do when I returned. Almost a year ago, I had some front end repair done, but after a month of my car in their possession---upon pickup--I had a flashing dash light saying "Check Headlight System". The lights were not damaged at all in the wreck and I still wonder why they replaced one, and with an old, ugly, yellow cover from a MUCH older model Camry. I had to take it back the next day for them to fix this new issue that they caused. After the fifth attempt, leaving my car there for several days each time, they claimed it wasn't doing it anymore or there wasn't a problem. Every single time I picked it up the dash light flashed the problem with headlight system. They simply did not care, were incompetent or lazy, but when I took it to my mechanic, they spotted it immediately, and knew what it was. Unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to take out the dash and further investigate or recalibrate like the body shop should have. So my mechanic referred me elsewhere, which I appreciated but was so sick and tired of dealing with this collision shop's refusal to finally fix what they broke that I started ignoring it. Three weeks ago, once again, when I needed my headlights, the message came up one too many times for my temper and I thought I'd write a 2 star review of Boudreaux's Collision citing this never-ending issue they caused. Ryan Boudreaux, the owner, called me personally to ensure they'd once and for all repair their damage and we'd go our separate ways. I took the car in, they looked at it, sent me away again to get in touch once it was "researched". After two emails went unanswered, I had to call them for an explanation---It's been two weeks now, zero response. AGAIN. So if you want the runaround, shoddy work, no follow through, and your car with issues it didn't have previous to them working on it, by all means, take it there. read more

I took my car in to get looked at here, may 5. there was 2 guys when I arrived. The younger guy (Justin) , looked at my car , told me I only needed a wheel alignment and told me to bring it on the next day which would have been the 6th of may. That morning I called to confirm that I was able to bring it in still for the wheel alignment and a lady answered the phone. I told her that I spoke to the guy previously and he asked me to come in and that I just wanted to check to make sure it was still OK .., she told me not to come in because they was really busy, I said "are you sure because he told me specifically to come and I was just double checking . Can you please ask him to be sure? " she say yes I'm sure. I was kind of confuse so I paused a bit and said OK thanks and hung up. I called on Monday, A man answered the phone and I told him the situation asked him was it OK to come in he then told me come on Tuesday, I called on Tuesday and he told me to come on Thursday. Thursday morning which is today I called... The lady answer the phone.. I said "good morning can I please speak to the guy who work there, I'm not exactly sure his name." She hung up the phone. I then called back and said " good morning did you hang up"? She said "no I wouldn't just hang up on someone" I said OK can you please allow me to speak to the guy she put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I hang up and just drove there. (Side note: I don't know if this lady seen me looking out their window or what but I do know I never even went inside the shop when I pulled up for the guy to look at my car he instantly looked at it while it was parked on the side not even in their work area.) But back to Thursday (today) When I arrived I saw Justin which is the younger guy.. he said what's going on, I said I don't know what's going on but I've called many times to try to get in touch with you and Each time the lady was being moody/bitchy.. He said I don't know but I can't take you. I said huh ?? what do you mean? Why? He said because I don't want any conflict or confusion. I said I'm confused I don't know what you mean. I didn't do anything besides called and asked to talk to you to find out if I can come.., I didn't even know your name before today when you just told me . He then tried to recommend me to fire stone ... he said tell them Justin sent you which is how I know his name... So I said all that to say whatever is going on in that office with that lady whom I never even seen or met before have some real insecurity issues and is reflecting on the business! I simply came to the shop to get my car looked at and get a wheel alignment because that's what he recommended .. never seen this lady before and she never seen me to my knowledge but yet it was a problem with me calling to confirm me coming in. I was definitely well mannered , so I don't understand where the confusion or conflict come in at but I do not recommend the shop to any woman who looks good.. lol this bitch is clearly insecure and only want men to bring their cars in to get serviced. And I know this because when I left, I sent one of my guy friends to call in with the same description as my car and they told them to bring it in! This place is pitiful. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks, they kept calling the insurance with supplemental damage. When we picked the car up the price was wrong. My husband started the car and the technician told us to run it for a while because it had been sitting for a while on the lot next door. Took the car home the next morning when I got ready to leave for work the car would not start, we took the battery in to have it checked and auto zone told us it was dead and it was a 4 year old battery, that was puzzling because it is a 2 year old car. We had to buy a new battery in the tune of 200.00. Dont trust them. They stole my battery and replaced it with an old one. read more

I had to wait a few days to come on here and write my review due to how upset I was when I went to go pick up my vehicle. My husband went to get an estimate for my vehicle to be repaired. As I was going through my insurance company for the repairs for the right side of my vehicle and paying cash for the left side of my vehicle, he nicely asked for two separate quotes due to it being TWO different accidents, it was done efficiently. However, whenever I called to bring it in they had lost the estimate and I faxed it over. This happened twice. The manager Rachael then called and apologized and explained how they had recently lost a few employees, which is understandable. Rachel was aware of me going through my insurance company for my right side. When my husband went to go drop off my vehicle, they explained to him that they needed to do a supplemental estimate. They had my vehicle for TWO full work days before that was presented to me. When I finally had the supplemental estimate in hands, it was not separated for the right and left side but had additional damages of $1,500. I asked Rachel to please separate them as they had previously done and she kept mentioning how that's why they don't deal with "fraud". I got aggravated simply because I could not submit damage to the left side to my insurance company because as Rachel knew it was two separate accidents. I want people to know how unprofessional this business is and how they just lost a job over $5,000.00 due to stupidity and no communication. I work in the legal field and would never commit fraud. It's Friday and we already have our Jeep back in mint condition. They even washed and detailed it for us. They are cons.. I brought them my car and at first glance it looked perfect until I inspected closely.. They left drips and trash in the paint. One of my rear corner panels was cracked by them.. And I went to them about these issues, they denied liability and totally disrespected when I tried to handle things diplomatically.. If you need a ride home or to work, or in my case, both they're ready and willing to give it to you. They also offer a pretty sweet warranty. I've forgotten her name bc I suck, but she answers the phones and greats you, and gives you rides if you need them and explains everything thats happening to your car and keeps you updated if you need to leave it there and I just have to say she deserves an award for A+ customer service.
