They asked for a credit card number to book the session and as I was driving when they called me, I wasn't able to provide it to them. We agreed I would call them back to provide it, but life happens and I forgot. No one contacted me in between I went out of my way to drive to the location (not local) and upon arrival, they did not have my appointment and told me that they canceled my session because I never provided my credit card. BUT no one ever called me and followed up and no one called me and notified me that they were canceling me so I drove out of my way for absolutely nothing.

I then asked to please be taken off the mailing list as I am no Longer interested . I then received a very nasty toned email back from them . I spend a lot of money on health and fitness and I can certainly say I would never give them a dime. What an unprofessional group of people. She made sure I had the right posture and motivated me to work even harder! As a result, I felt comfortable and really enjoyed my experience. Not to mention, the other women in the class were so nice afterward and asked how I felt and encouraged me to come back. You can tell the regulars believe in the class and are passionate about it! For the new people: make sure you wear leggings at or below the knee and a top or shirt (you can't wear just a sports bra). I also recommend grip socks! They sell them there too.

She is so sweet and extremely experienced in her practice and makes a point to learn who all her students are. Giving relaxing, yet unique and strong classes. I try my best to catch her classes when I can. Erica is also incredible. Her classes are vibrant and fun, while providing a true yoga experience with dharma, guided breath work and movement at your pace. I have also taken Danielle and Josh and both are equally amazing as well. I have never been able to find a studio with multiple instructors I love and I knew when I did at Flow I found my yoga home. The studio is always very clean and well kept. Super zen vibe the moment you walk in. I prefer this studio to the Mahwah location, but they're both very inviting. Highly recommend this studio for challenging flows and great mind-body connection. I appreciate how the classes here aren't "workout" focused as a lot of other studios are. You definitely sweat, but the main intention of the class is to move with your breath and do actual yoga!

I took class with Nicolette and Carrie, but it looks like they have a lot more instructors. I bought a package here because of the value. The cost of the last studio was about 25$/class, whereas here it is about 15$/class. I may have been intimidated if I knew the classes were going to be an hour an 15 minutes, but the time flew. The instructors seem very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but I admit, I don't have a lot of experience or knowledge about yoga and am happy to be able to follow along and given guidance on the poses. I recently started yoga because I would like to increase my flexibility and learn to control my mind. I was very surprised about how much of a full body workout it is. I am sore in muscles that I didn't realize I had. Nirvana offered in studio as well as virtual sessions and different types of memberships to accommodate your needs. I was able to download the app to purchase a program and set my schedule. The staff is very friendly. The studio is very clean. it looks like they have a a lot of options for classes in studio or virtually.
