Whoever their designer is did a great job of making this store really fit the neighborhood. I love to see all the great brands and products they bring and the beer selection is the biggest in the area. I stop in all the time, but I was able to pop in to their rebranding party and they had free Pakistani food, a bunch of local vendors, and music too. I was lucky enough to snag one of their limited edition t shirts that mentions Qwik Stop on the back and the new Jadoon's logo on the front. It will be a Park Circle collectible for sure. That said, my company was a lua themed party at The Paradiso by the pool, which I never knew existed! I will say, the navigation and parking here is a challenge and moreover, the extended area outside can be a bit sketchy but in the relative vicinity it's safe. Walking up, I took the side entrance to the pool area under the tents. The staff here were very nice and engaging. I was able to get a plethora of drinks and strike up good conversations. I had two glasses of a Pino which was decent but, I'm not going to complain about "free." The food, well it was simple, by design in that's what we ordered. We had chicken fingers, sliders, crudies of carrots, olives and you get the point. It was fresh and while not earth shattering, it did it's purpose. They did offer games like corn hole, rings and a slew of other fun activities which I'm not sure if my company brought or they had available but the environment was one of fun and enjoyment. I will admit it was HOT but unless I missed something, they couldn't control the weather! Perhaps a couple well placed fans would help, especially aimed at the lawn chairs and picknick tables. Overall, this is a decent venue to hold a company party, get together or whatever else a social activity might entail. The people are nice, the place is clean and safe. Again parking and weaving in and out of narrow streets can be a slight adventure.

Walking in, I found a bright, spacious store filled with a ton of choices in cocktail ingredients. Everything was arranged for easy shopping. We found everything we were looking for at good prices. Chatting with the owners, I had such a great time. They were so friendly and helpful. The wife explained her husband had retired and opened this business recently. She said she works during the day and then comes to the shop to help. She was so sweet and personable. While there, regulars stopped in, giving it a feel of a sweet neighborhood store. The big parking lot makes it easy to stop in too.
