But there was a live band and we could hear the music and see some lights coming from inside. They have a great selection of beers on tap and also some beer in bottles. They offer some craft beers as well some of your regular store brands. When the band is playing it's pretty loud and hard to hear, but the music was great. If you don't want to sit inside, they have a back door patio with seating. Staff were friendly and happy to serve us. If I was a local I would come back for a pint

But if you want strong drinks, a killer live band, and a night that might require some next-day storytelling to piece together--congratulations, you've found your spot. The bartenders? They pour like they want you to dance. And after a couple of those drinks, you will dance--whether you meant to or not. The live band? Absolute fire. They had the whole place moving, singing, and possibly making new best friends we'll never see again. My friend who is from upstate New York turned us in to this and while I am a long time Long Beach resident so it was surprising to see how welcoming the place was!
