I went to him two years ago and he did wonders for my back. I got off all of my pain pills. But I had my burn it only lasted like a year and a half, so I went went back to the office and got scheduled for another burn on May 28, 2019. The Friday before I was scheduled to get my first shot, they called me and told me there was something wrong with my Medicare and I couldn't get it done that day that they would take care of it. Well today is August 6, 2019. I have called several times, they have called me back but they leave no message on who I need to talk to so I have to start over and leave them another message, And another message and another message. Like I said the doctor is good but the people that work for him treat patients like their drug heads and they treat them with disrespect. And if you get emotional because you're in such pain they hang up on you. I will see the doctor again but not with the people he has around him now! Bad customer service!!!

I have been going a few months.I suffer from bulging disk,spinal stenosis, granulomas and…read moredeteriorating arthritis along with other servers problems.I was run over by a car a few years ago that cracked my tailbone and broke several other bones.I can't work.Suffer severe pain and agony daily and can't get out of bed a lot of days.Since going to this clinic I have had cortisone shots,nerve blocks and now Rhizotomy.I am still in severe pain.I am having worse pain after the Rhizotomy three days ago.The medicine I take has drastically less from this doctor than the doctor I used to go to.I am still suffering emensly.No one seems to care or take time to listen to me.They don't spend two minutes with me.I am very disappionted but I am still trying everything they suggest to get out of pain.Physical therapy has helped a little but I still cannot function and care for my family and do the things daily and am forced to spend most of my time in bed in agony.I can barely walk to the bathroom.I think this clinic just wants to make money off of my insurance.I heard they get paid $2000 an injection and do several injections per person all day long.And the injections used in these clinics aren't FDA approved for what they use them for and some people get worse instead of better.Google it.Mabe this clinic is different,I hope so.I will still do whatever they suggest because I want to one day be able to manage this horrible pain.So for I am still struggling but I haven't given up.
