We've needed their assistance a few timing since hitting the road and they've remained open and available to help, including spending a few hours troubleshooting some issues that we were having. My hubby dropped his truck off last week to get his rear bumper replaced. At first it was promised…read morethe next day but it has turned into a week(due to then not realizing they had to paint the bumper).. After playing phone tag, he spoke with someone this morning (9 am it's now 3:30pm), he was told they "were putting the bumper on now". Here we are still waiting.... A normal turn around time for a rear bumper replacement is 1-3 days... Finally 4 pm they called, truck is ready, we had started heading that way anyway. Upon arrival the bumper looks great and even though the truck is a 2024 (don't ask about how the accident occurred) they detailed it inside and out.
