On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

The thing I liked about Dawn was that she didn't seems like a "salesperson". She was really down to earth and honest and ended up being more like a friend. She was not pushy and did not hover over us when we looked at houses. She let us take charge and only gave her input when asked for it, which we did a lot. She was always readily available and would text me back or email almost immediately when we had questions. She was very good at mapping out houses as well, so we weren't travelling from one side of town to the other and back, which would have wasted time and gas. Another thing I liked about her was that she was very upfront about what we should offer, using wisely her knowledge she had about the comps around the neighborhood. Dawn was patient and also funny, though I'm not sure if she was trying to be as it came out naturally. We've spoken to a few realtors before her and I have to say what sets her apart was her being herself and being human. She had a positive attitude the entire year. She was not trying to rush us into a house to get her portion, she just wanted us to find the right fit, which we did! We love our house so very much and it screamed our name as soon as we walked in. Our kids love the house and couldn't be happier. It has so much room to host those awesome Green Bay Packer games and WWE events ;-) You cannot go wrong with choosing Dawn!
