Oh tanks from Ocala were always very dirty but when they came from Gainesville or lady lake they were clean. So that should tell you how this branch is proving to their PT. Tanks would be delivered empty several times but I'm sure the billing wasn't corrected which also made my supply short. Manager came to my home with his tobacco in his mouth spitting in my yard. That's Gross! Since I've been with the company I've been told reasons why drivers were fired. They were great guys delivery workers. And the girls in the office recently have stayed to show attitude since they're under new management.

Kathy and her husband took time out of there busy day to look for a part that might get us back on our way, mind you this part has been non existent with several wheelchair repair/sale stores. I was at there store listening to her husband in the shop searching through there inventory for what seemed like an eternity. They informed me that they did not have the part but assured me she would call around and call me back one way or another to let me know what she found out. I was out having dinner a couple hours later when i received a call from a company in CA stating they had the part that I needed, I had asked if they might have another part that I needed, she asked me to take a Pic of where that part might be located on the chair, and like magic the part was identified. She sent an email with the work order and payment method right in the email link and was sending it to my home address all while I was still having my dinner.
