Try to learn a little Spanish but if not, it's actually kind of fun to try and communicate with the guys. They are set up in the parking lot of a small strip center after the businesses close and it super cool. They have tables and chairs set up and even throw over some fun table covers. The quesadilla is amazing as well and so are the fries, tacos, and burritos! Love this spot

Seher (the owner) took her time explaining how the cleanse works (as this was my first time) and she even checked in on me during the second day of my cleanse. I just felt supported and taken care of. As for the cleanse itself; I was expecting to be super hungry and while I did crave solid food here and there, the juices actually kept me pretty satiated. There are different juices in different colors, three as meals and three as a snack, total of 18 juices for three days. They kept me energized AND they were delicious! I've also tried their smoothies, the rainbow salad and some of their meals! The smoothies are SO good. And filling. The rainbow salad somes with a house made dressing; I literally licked it all up haha~ They also have meal plan subscriptions but I was able to purchase some surplus meals to go. I wanted to nourish my body after the cleanse and the meals did not disappoint! First of all, how can plant based meals be SO delicious?! They're all 100% plant based, organic, and the produce is sourced from a local organic farm, Agritopia Farm. I'm not vegan so I added some extra protein to these meals and they were perfect! Just full of flavor, absolutely delicious. Seher knows what she's doing and I love her whole philosophy - food is medicine. Having been in and out of hospitals dealing with various health issues, it's extremely important to me the quality of the food I put in my body. After the cleanse, l honestly felt CLEANSED. No chicken, a very small amount of cheese, and this is a third of the burrito. The mozzarella sticks were so overcooked there was no cheese left in them. The mega burger is supposed to have no pickles and no onions. As you can see, there are plenty of pickles and there are also onions, which my husband is allergic to, making this inedible. Your concept is excellent, you're execution was more than disappointing. My husband says it is super mega awful.

Plus, if you want something quick and tasty & don't want to drive around looking for parking or waiting in line, then getting your lunch from a food truck is an easy way to go about things. Generally, their located where the smoke shop was in the parking lot of the old Circle K. If you are wondering where to find this particular truck in your area here's some ideas.
