Try to learn a little Spanish but if not, it's actually kind of fun to try and communicate with the guys. They are set up in the parking lot of a small strip center after the businesses close and it super cool. They have tables and chairs set up and even throw over some fun table covers. Located behind Champions Sports Bar in the back parking lot. @ 211 N Gilbert Rd. Set up tends to be about 9:00 PM and they generally stay until the bars close. Prices are affordable and portions generous. I highly recommend getting the Carne Asada & El Pastor mixed. And because of these Instagram Reels, we found ourselves on $1 Taco Thursday in their parking lot at 7:30 PM. I won't lie. I stood there for three hours waiting in line for seven tacos. I'm not sure if this is the norm but it was not worth it in my opinion. I got their chorizo, carne asada, and al pastor. Tl;dr $1 Taco Thursdays, any meat, no limit. 6 PM -12 AM.
