He helped me to submit a hail damage claim to insurance company. Public adjuster from my Insurance company came for inspection, but he forgot to show up on that day. He said that he misunderstood with different date. Insurance company ended up denying the claim based on the fact that they didn't see any proof of hail damage on my siding, roof, gutter. I called and he promised to help me to dispute and reclaim by creating supporting docs such as pictures, etc.. He disappeared about for a week and a week later, I called and you know what he said? He said that he would need to step away from this in middle of process. He was saying that he is closing this business? This company is very rude and unprofessional. This company is nice and very responsive until your claim is denied by your insurance company. They don't care about customer's claim history, they just make customer to submit a claim based on luck or 50/50 changes of gamble. We had decided to use Sanitec to clean our home windows because of a promotion they were running…read more The promotion was for anywhere from 19 to 26 windows for $100. After going through the house and counting up the total number of windows I had 23 windows, which fell within their promotion range. The second tier of their promotion was anything from 35 to 50 windows would be $150. In all of their ad copy for the promotion it stated "windows" and if you were to go to Home Depot today and purchase a "window" I'm sure that you would expect to get a full "window" that would most likely match what would be in your imagination when you think of what a window looks like. The problem I have is that the promotion is a BAIT and SWITCH scam in the way that when they showed up and they counted my windows they came up with a total of 51 windows! That is because they calculate a window by the total number of panes in that window. So your standard window, which has a top pane and a bottom pane counts as two windows. All of a sudden the price became quite more expensive. I now fell into the second tier of 35 to 50 windows for $150 and on top of that because I had that one extra window they tried to charge me an additional $25 per window (pane) after the 50 windows have been reached. With a bit of an argument back-and-forth they comped me my one extra window so that was no charge. But to go from $3 dollars per window cleaning to $25 seems a bit much. The only reason why this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because they actually did a good job and my windows are extremely clean now but be warned that what they consider to be a "window" is not what the rest of the world and society considers to be a "window".
