We did invisiligners and metal, both partial, and even took two molars out before treatment. Aligners didn't come on time for 75% of the treatment. The last sets he didn't even do both (top and bottom), and I only received the top of the so-called final aligners. Then, we are required to pay for permanent braces after the teeth are not even fully aligned. We even paid extra for 2 propellers that were supposed to help, but I'm still waiting for my teeth to get aligned. And I was committed to the treatment. If you have good insurance, don't waste your time. He talks a big game but doesn't deliver. At least they had a payment plan and bilingual stuff, which I hope gets them well paid for the stuff they deal with.

It was convenient for my family to take our daughter here because we lived close by, but we moved almost an hour away and since I hadn't found a new orthodontist, we continued bringing our daughter here. My appointment was for 2:30pm and we encountered a crash that caused serious delays on the highway. Out of respect, I gave the facility a courtesy call to let them know we would be arriving by 2:44pm for our appointment. They told us we were within the 20-minute grace period so we would be fine. We arrived well within our grace period, only for the front desk attendant to tell us that we couldn't be seen. We pleaded with her, explaining that we drove ONE WHOLE HOUR for this appointment, we called ahead to let them know of the situation, and we only encountered delays due to the crash on the highway which was beyond our control. They showed no empathy and still turned us away, after driving ONE WHOLE HOUR! I certainly do not want them working on my daughter's teeth if they can be this cruel and callous! They are certainly NOT DESERVING of even ONE STAR! HORRIBLE FACILITY!

Now onto to 1 star... every single time I come in here I end up with an extra bill MONTHS later for hundreds of dollars. This clinic already charges the very very top of the price spectrum for everything so when I pay $2000 for a crown (just the crown not the root canal), I don't wanna get an extra bill for $300 months later... The absolute worst part is they will tell you they accept your insurance then tell you they are out of network after the procedures are over. Very deceptive. Lastly. I went in for a regular cleaning and the hygienist told me she wanted to do a "deep clean"... this "deep clean" seemed a lot less "deep" than the regular cleanings I have gotten in the past. It took maybe 10 minutes and it didn't even include the fluoride treatment. So I think they are telling you they are doing some special treatment to charge you more (over $100 more typically) and they arnt even doing anything that "deep"... All in all I was in their office for maybe 2 hours and was charged over $2000.... Like what are y'all doing that is worth over $1000/hour Cuzz I'm about to change careers.

There are minor issue along the way, but we are human not God, so I do not expect perfection all the time. I'd say Michael is very good, 5+, nurses or whatever he has for dental assistance are 4, front desk is also 4. Overall it makes 5. I got braces as an adult, and really wanted to make sure I chose the right orthodontist. I also was originally hoping I could get by with something like Invisalign. I got consultations from several other orthodontists. One told me that I could definitely do Invisalign, one told me I definitely should not do it. Dr Sebastian laid out my options and explained the pros and cons of each available option. They have good equipment and adopt modern practices - for example they used TADs (temporary attachment devices) to speed up moving my teeth so I did not need braces as long. After having the braces removed, which only took a little longer than estimated, they installed a permanent retainer. (which I love) Their chairs face out into a wooded garden area, which is a very peaceful and nicer view than most other doctor's offices. Since getting my braces off, I've had to go back a few times when the retainer has popped loose. It's usually quick to get an appointment and the repairs go smoothly. I highly recommend Dr Sebastian if you are getting braces for a child or as an adult.
