The staff was so professional and kind once again I keep saying it, but they are just so kind and caring! It is the overall feeling you come away with. The whole procedure with the x-rays and the numbing and the root canal took about an hour and 15 minutes so that was the only thing that wasn't true because the receptionist told me it would take an hour in and out because I was concerned about leaving my new puppy home alone, but I don't even know how it could've been exactly an hour so I didn't have a problem with that. Compared to other dental offices, Twin Creeks never felt like a ripoff, they truly care about helping their patients. Now, about 4 years later, I'm still a patient here. Even though I've since moved to Sacramento, I still make the long drive to San Ramon just to see Dr. Daniel. He's always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle when working on my teeth. I've never experienced any pain while he's working, he makes sure I'm comfortable and checks in multiple times during treatment.
