Simply the best dentist! I first came here a few years ago after chipping a tooth and needing a root canal and a crown, and I've been sticking with them ever since. Compared to other dental offices, Twin Creeks never felt like a ripoff, they truly care about helping their patients. Now, about 4 years later, I'm still a patient here. Even though I've since moved to Sacramento, I still make the long drive to San Ramon just to see Dr. Daniel. He's always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle when working on my teeth. I've never experienced any pain while he's working, he makes sure I'm comfortable and checks in multiple times during treatment. Very bad customer services!! The hygienist called Bri or Brea is the worst hygienist I've ever encountered! She is not professional at all and she kept rushing through my appointment. She started looking my X-ray, examine my teeth and start diagnosing right off the bat, which I believe it's illegal because only DDS or DMD can do examinations and diagnoses. She then started my cleaning right away! When I asked her multiple times if Dr. Daniel, who is the only doctor is the office and who is also the owner will come by and see me, examine my teeth and probe my teeth, she kept saying yes, later. But it never happened!! Dr. Daniel just stopped by right after she done with my cleaning. She kept rushing my cleaning. She don't care if I felt pain even I raised my hand and she said oh it just some sensitivity. She just kept saying she has to see next pt and can't spend time with me and I have to come back, but she's carelessly just rushing. No polishing even after. Actually the office has been downhill for at least past few months. I think now there are too many pts under care by the office and only one doctor and a few untrained hygienists and staff. Even the staff at the front desk was not as friendly as before! Very bad! Will not go back! Update 3/7/2025@ 2035pm Owner Dr. Daniel replied my post saying I have high expectations. I have been with this office for years. I normally don't post yelp reviews, but after seeing this office's recent reviews. I thought people should know the actual truth. First and last visit at this office. I haven't in over 10 years and this was my first dental appointment. Although the hygienist Mika was great, I barely saw the dr, and was a short interaction. The hygienist examined my gum health and informed me that I needed a deep cleaning. While the dr completely disregarded what she had mentioned. He just mentioned I needed a few fillings. The dental assistants were all very attentive and pleasant and ensured I was comfortable at all times. There were a few interactions between the Dr and his assistants that I overheard that were completely unprofessional. The way he spoke and addressed the assistants was rude. He is condescending and gives attitude to his staff. The situation made me uncomfortable. It's clear the office fabricates reviews to cover the actual experiences the patient receives. read more

We have several dentists among our family and friends, and I've noticed their assessments almost always align with Dr. Daniel's. Dr. Daniel and his staff have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our family's busy schedule. Even on the busiest days, he is incredibly patient with my kids, and it's clear how much he genuinely cares. While Dr. Dan and staff have a decent chairside manner, I was quite honestly disappointed with the communication process from beginning to end. Too many aspects of the treatment were mishandled, including a failure to tell me about another tooth next to the ones being treated as well as being told that a suggested follow-up procedure was being partially covered by my insurance before they reversed course and told me that none of it was covered. in short, I don't tolerate this pattern of "overpromising and underdelivering" by anyone in the health care field. I visited Dr. Daniel to have composite work done on my four front teeth. They have been chipped since I was a kid and he talked me into doing the composite, which I regret. Unfortunately, I had to return multiple times because the composite kept chipping off easily. On my third visit, I felt that my appointment was rushed. My slot was scheduled as the last one before lunch, and it seemed like Dr. Daniel wanted to finish quickly so he could join a birthday celebration for an employee. As a result, I didn't feel that the work was completed thoroughly. Eventually, I stopped going because the composite continued to chip, and I felt that my teeth were not being treated with the proper care. Additionally, I found the interactions between Dr. Daniel and the dental assistant to be unprofessional. At times, his tone toward the assistant felt condescending, which made me uncomfortable. Went to Dr Dan today for the second time. I went to get veneers and had a small last minute cavity that a previous dentist I went to claimed she didn't see it despite sensitivity I was having. I was a little nervous about doing dental work with lidocaine and no nitrous oxide. But honestly Dr Dan is the best dentist I've ever been too. Dr. Daniel is the best! We've known him for years from another clinic he used to work at. I always loved how gentle and friendly he is and, at the same time, delivers such professional care! It's our first time visiting this new office, and we were very grateful that he was able to accommodate my mom's appointment at the last minute. Mom said that he was extremely nice and professional and took very good care her by making sure she was 100% comfortable with her dentures before leaving the chair. Growing up, the dentist and I were enemies. For most of my childhood, the thought, sight, and smell of the dentist would automatically trigger tears. However, times have changed and as an adult I started caring about my dental hygiene. This is probably the best facility I've been to. Believe me, I've been to a bunch. The office smells nice, looks clean and modern, and they give free chocolates for your taking. The staff here are nice, quick, and attentive. You get into your chair and you're welcomed with a sign made just for you and you get to watch netflix. They also have these glasses that you put on so you're not making eye contact with Dr. Daniel the whole time. I'm also weirded out that people keep their eyes open the whole time. I don't know about you, but I'm not trying to lock eyes with my dentist the whole time while my mouth is open. The glasses gave me a new experience since he can't see my eyes, my eyes were opened more than normal. That was interesting. You can tell Dr. Daniel knows his stuff. I went for a cleaning and to fix a cracked tooth soon after the cleaning. Everything was painless (even the shot to the gums). His ease and reassurance of the processes helped my nerves a lot. I have been coming to Dr. Daniel for abt 4 years now, after my former dentist (30 yrs his patient) suddenly walked out of his office one day and never came back (per staff)!? Anyway, Dr. Daniel has been attentive, knowledgeable, and uses all the latest technology, which I love! He is so gentle when issuing novacain, I hardly feel anything at all! I've never observed him being rude or unprofessional to his staff, who have also been very attentive and skilled (in my opinion). No one has EVER tried to rush my appointment, and should they share their observations as to the health of my teeth/gums, I appreciate it! They are trained to know the signs of gum disease, tooth decay, etc., so I guess I expect them to tell me. And if I have further questions - I'm an adult and I can certainly ask the doctor to clarify or for his opinion! They were very accommodating and communicative when scheduling my initial exam and to preface, I'm writing this review from going to the dentist straight after a long day of work - I left feeling more relaxed than when I came in! Dr. Daniel is very kind and patiently answered my various questions. His cleaning was very gentle and pain-free and I appreciate his approach. I got the impression he genuinely cares for all of his patients and doing what's best for them. I have a feeling everyone who works here loves what they do, as they were entirely welcoming, calm, and even cheerful. First time here today and I just want to write this review now. Driving here from where I live took me about 50 minutes. Easy to find, the parking was below the building so be prepared for a downhill turn. Plenty of parking spaces. Looks like an old building but not super old lol! Found the entrance door to the office fairly quick. They keep it locked which is nice so nobody gets in unless you're a patient there. They have a doorbell with camera. Receptionist was very nice and friendly. I don't remember all the staff names, sorry. The 2 staff that took my X-rays are both friendly and patient with me. When Dr Daniel introduced himself he has a very kind and mellow voice. When he examined my teeth he was very gentle. Since it was my first time here he did the cleaning. He was very gentle, always asking if I'm feeling any pain or discomfort. Getting my teeth cleaned is my favorite part of going to the dentist and I don't mind the poking and scraping since I want him to make sure that my teeth are cleaned. Will be coming back for filling so I'll update here. And I'm also brining my whole family here so that's a big deal! read more

I'm not one to usually write a review about a dentist, but Dr. Daniel deserves his 5 star reputation! I've always hated going to the dentist, and trust me I have been to quite a few. At my first appointment, Dr. Daniel and his staff ensured I had a pleasant experience. The entire office was spotless and had a nice modern look to it. You have the option to watch Netflix during your cleaning, which is a nice touch. Throughout my cleaning, everything was explained clearly so I understood why things were happening. The hygienist and Dr. Daniel were gentle during the cleaning and checking for cavities, etc., rather than being aggressive like I've experienced at other places in the past. I was notified I could potentially need a night guard due to my constant clenching, but we could discuss that in the future as it is not a concern at that moment. If I could give this place 10 stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. My previous dentist really left with a huge problem with my crowns for my teeth and I needed help ASAP!! First impression: Upon entering the office, its a very nice space. Super clean and a very welcoming staff. The front desk receptionist also asked if I wanted water?! So caring. Its just little personal touches like this that make you feel welcome and the feeling that they cared about you. The area where the dental work is done is awesome. There's little details that make you feel really welcome. They have a sign welcoming you personally to your chair. There's also a TV hanging above your chair and even has Netflix.
