Going to the dentist can be scary at times. So I did TONS of Yelp searches and research for my area. I heavily rely on the reviews of my fellow Elites and Yelpers. Plenty of parking and really easy to find! When I walked in I was greeted in such an upbeat manner by Asia (who I later found out would be assisting me). She was great! The office appeared to very clean and all the staff seemed very happy with their jobs! They were all so damn friendly! Every single one of them were also very accommodating and explained everything I didnt understand! Chad was awesome! He explained the process of how specific procedures worked and that was very helpful! Asia is the only person I want working on my dental care! When I tell you the amount of knowledge this young lady has, its insane! She takes her time and goes through EVERY procedure and let's you know what to expect and exactly how it impacts your overall health. Every single individual I came across was so friendly! Victoria was great too! She carefully explained the referral process and how we get Starbucks gift cards in that process! Who doesn't want free coffee?! Ah, and how could I forget to Dr.Niko? First of all, this guy is all knowing! He takes his time with you, he explains things to you in a way that you can understand! And what i enjoy is, he shows you what is going in your mouth! He comes up with a plan to get you all shiny again! He must be doing something right bc his business is EXPANDING! I would really like to see this business do well! If you live anywhere in the surrounding area, THIS is the place you want to come to. Im actually looking forward to coming back and seeing them in August for that cleaning! But seriously, if youre someone who is skeptical of dentists, no matter where you live, this is worth the drive and Parthenon Dental is worth the visit. My personal recommendations are Dr. Niko at Parthenon Dental and Dr. Attia out of Concord (for extractions ONLY) AND - They play 80s music all day! Love it! I have Delta Dental and they take my insurance, just an FYI- in case you were wondering! Or its as simple as giving them a call and asking if they take your insurance. Give them a visit! read more

Let me start off by saying how lucky I am to have found a dentist that I'm actually happy to go to. I use to see Dr Niko when he practiced at the San Lorenzo office and our family went there. To find out that he opened his own dentistry was huge. I don't mind driving 25 min because of the friendly staff and the fact that he goes out of his way to make sure your satisfied with the work your getting done. Hello, I went to SRVD and saw Dr. Nikko for tooth pain. It was determined that I needed to have a root canal to alleviate the pain. I saw an Endodontist the following week and was told by the Endodontist to follow up with you to replace the temporary filling in the crown. I called your office on Friday the third of March and spoke with Samantha. I told her that I needed to have the filling replaced. She told me that you would have to speak with the Endodontist about what he did and that I would be contacted on Monday, which would be March 6th. After almost two weeks and NO follow-up call from you or your receptionist, I found a new dentist. Earlier today, my wife called your office on my behalf to inform your office of the neglectful customer service that I had received and then left a review on Yelp. Your response to her review was pathetic and unprofessional. Not to mention a sad attempt to justify the very poor, actually totally absent customer service that your office and you displayed. You tried to justify it through a mixture of dentistry antidotes, which did not explain how or why there wasn't a call to me to explain the reason for waiting to set an appointment for the filling replacement. Basically, it's just an all-around pitiful poor excuse that shows your true character. As was very well displayed by you, when you replied to my wife with the opening remarks that "she was an unhappy and angry person", to try and deflect from the root cause of it all, which is that you and your team delivered no customer service at all, not to me nor my Wife. To respond any further from you will only serve to prove my point on how you are as a professional. Try to exact some dignity and own your mistakes. We all make them.
