She'll tell you to shut up and first of all we had an appointment at 9:30 at a first visit and didn't get seen until 30 minutes later after I complain why the doctor was in the room to see my husband and dr sent one of her staff to check why we were there for? I heard it and I walked out of the room and right into the doctor's office and told her it doesn't matter if it's our first or last visit that she needs to walk into the patient. Room to exam or test that is needed then she tells me that's he will be in soon. But it took an extra 15 minutes to come into the patient room so it actually 45 minutes for the dr to see a patient. That is not acceptable. I was not happy with her first visit I gave it another try second visit got there at 10:30 for our doctors appointment. Nurse got us in the room then Nurse said the will be in soon waited 30 minutes went by 45 minutes went by. I got up. Spoke to the staff told them I'm walking out and this is our last visit due that had to wait 45 to an hour waited This is not the right way to treat a patient if she's supposed to be a professional doctor for many year she's not doing it right what she's doing right is taking money away from people and not helping the person. What she is doing is collecting money from patients and not treating patients as needed. She should retired and her Medical certificate/license should be taken away from her. I told the staff that I was leaving and it would be the last visit for my husband and left very upset of how you are being treated not by the staff, but by the doctor of her rudeness attitude. Please people do not go to this doctor referred to someone else instead you don't wanna go what I went through. It was a nightmare. She is very rude and worst doctor I ever seen. Completely UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Either stop triple booking, get new management and maybe we'd consider coming back. The security guard, receptionist, nurses, doctors, cardiologists, and everyone else I encountered were wonderful. Each person was helpful, compassionate, supportive, and professional throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Dr. Jeffrey West, MD, cardiologist, and the entire medical team for their outstanding care and attention. Their professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult and stressful situation much easier for me. I had seen commercials about Sutter Health before, but I can honestly say that what I saw advertised is exactly what I experienced. The care, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork were not merely portrayed in a commercial--they were genuinely present throughout my visit. i've always had kaiser but switched to anthem and this was my first time at a non-kaiser hospital…read morein the bay. iwas seen today by the ER for anaphylaxis. they saw me, admitted me, and treated me SO QUICKLY. i was checked in on multiple times by doctors and nurses and everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. they provided thorough explanations and set clear expectations. being in the ER is never a great time but experience was a pleasant surprise.

She then laughed and added, , 'he'll figure you out the way no-one else will, but bring a book along while you are waiting -- he takes a long time with every patient". He does indeed -- my wife (and I, when I accompany her) have never felt rushed when discussing her unusual medical difficulties, but rather grateful for his full, unhurried and thoughtful attention. He discovered several conditions she had which were not the disorders themselves but rather had made her vulnerable to the disorders. At one point, he ordered some hospital procedures and some brief stays in hospital . During two of her hospitalizations he came to visit her, once apologizing that he had been out of town for a few days!. In the literal sense, I should mention that he twice saved her life. Finally, he is relaxed and easy to speak with and -- she has been well for many years as we know from our annual follow-ups. For the purposes of review, I looked up what else I could find about Dr. Neuwelt. He is listed as "one of the best doctors in the United States". He is an award-winning pioneer in the study of lupus/ other rheumatoid conditions, and has published many articles in medical journals.

He said, "you have Stills Disease!" Dr Neuwelt issued blood tests and X-ray of my hands. He Gave me a print out about the disease. Told me to schedule an appointment in 8 wks. No physical, didn't even touch me. I researched the disease I was diagnosed with. This type of disease is considered a diagnosis of exclusion. I was seen Aug 21, 2025. Notes on My Chart was only issued Aug 27. it said, POSSIBLE. Singing a different tune. Most likely, he saw the lab results. All my lab works are negative. A week later, I was examined by a UCSF Rheumatologist . he examined me thoroughly. I don't have Stills Disease. I was Referred to an autoimmune doctor.
