She didn't want to take collision coverage of one of my cars. She kept making excuses of why she couldn't do it. She informed me she could only lower the coverage. I then got a new quote with CONNECT which is insurance that Costco members can get. Best decision I have ever made. They dont push you and they understand you. The next day I called Jackie and told her I was calling to cancel all my policies she did not like that at all and was rude about it again. The other girls are nicer though.

They overdrew my account by $90.00 and refused to refund the $35.00 overdraft fee I incurred because of it. Save yourself the trouble. There a million places to get insurance! The fact that they can hire an unqualified person todo such an important job as protecting people and their family's only to be mislead and deceived isn't right! The location is great and parking is easy, in fact I have just walked over a few times to pay my premium. I had four quotes from different auto insurance companies and Allstate was the least expensive and the best location for me.
