I had the same insurance company for over 6 years and switched 3weeks ago to State Farm who promised me and agreed to give me a better price than what I was currently paying. Great I thought! A foster mother of 5 children I'm trying to save money. I got a call last week and I was told that the women who helped me ( Robyn) was just hired recently and no longer worked for the agent. Additionally the quote she gave me and the agreement I did sign means nothing. The women inputed my husbands information wrong and they now want over $200 more each month. The fact that they can hire an unqualified person todo such an important job as protecting people and their family's only to be mislead and deceived isn't right! This should have never happened to me and I hope who ever takes the time to read my story will take the time to call a different insurance agent. Don't let a negligent agent screw you over too.

This has by far been the WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance company. The reason why I left the agency are too many to list here. But some of them are, constant billing issues, Rate increases with no explanation, parts of my policy being canceled without explanation, my agent laughed at me on the phone when I was tried to voice my concerns to him. They overdrew my account by $90.00 and refused to refund the $35.00 overdraft fee I incurred because of it. Save yourself the trouble. There a million places to get insurance! Don't fall for their BS that they provide the extra value of having an actual agent. What a load! Save your money and frustration and stay away from this place!
