There was some confusion as to the time of which that appointment was reset for and upon my arrival found out that I was late and while moving rooms, I mentioned that I had not received a copy of the urine report I was then accosted by the secretary, who raised his voice and continued to yell at me for several minutes after asking him more than once to lower his voice. He then stated I don't know you even come here The doctors don't even like you to which I got very upset and left without my dog being seen and now have to go to the ER. This is not my first bad experience with them as I had to insist multiple times for them to increase the antibiotics or do a culture on an elderly dog last year to which they refused to do anything about until she developed a mucousy discharge from her vagina resulting in Sepsis which concluded with having to have the dog put down, she was old, however, proper treatment the wishes of a patient is paramount. I asked for culture cultures for weeks if not months for that dog and they never did it. Do not go there if you care about your dogs this veterinarian is strictly for updating vaccinations, rabies shots and that's it. I would not take a dog with any health concerns to this place.

Not acceptable! I could've done a better job with my eyes closed and she cut him with the clippers as well. That was the first and last time my poodle went into her salon. Dogs were running all over the place while she is clipping my dog( He's terrified of large dogs!) Never again! I now have to return to Plymouth ( NH) every month so my dog can get a decent hair cut.

I went to Chrissy's Paw Spa in Franklin and I am SO mad that I wasted 50$ there. The owner had 0 customer service skills. She had been completely dull and monotone when talking to her on the phone and in person. I had a negative vibe from the beginning, but I thought I would give her a chance because I didn't want to be judgmental. It was 8 am maybe she isn't a morning person? I walked in to pick my dog up and another dog was barking upon my arrival, she screamed at the other dog in the kennel, "Shut up!! We all know she is here!" I gave her a tip, and she did not even say thank you. I get home and notice that My dog has a cut on his leg !!! He is bleeding and has a slight limp. I have brought My dog to the groomers at least 10 times and he has not ONCE come home with a scratch?! Even if it was an accident (I understand accidents happen) she should have told me. To say the least, I am fuming!!! Do not waste your time or money on that place! I am usually not one to complain but this is NOT acceptable!

We had spent so much time together during that time I guess she became hyper vigilant with me. She would become aggressive with any dog that came within in 10 feet of me. Barking and pulling and standing very tall. It never happened when others walked her without me. I tried for two years to change her behavior, including two different trainers, with no real changes. 10 weeks ago Maisie and I went back to Kelly (she had trained Maisie before Covid and she had moved her facility to further away). Within 5 minutes she had it figured out and we started a very simple, but effective program. Within 2 weeks there was a major difference. Maisie was more relaxed, calmer and much less territorial. She travels back and forth to CA from NH every year and I need her to be calm in the airport and not look at other dogs. 6 weeks after we started with Kelly we had to fly back to CA. Maisie was amazing. She was perfect. At 10 weeks out, she saw a dog long before I did. She sat and looked right at me without any instruction from me. THANK YOU KELLY!!!!!!! Can't wait to get back to NH this spring and tune up her service dog training and do some agility! Thank you again!!
