During these encounters requests for warranty replacement and or repair a mechanic was very intimidating and threatening. Instead of taking responsibility, he complained about how he had been stuck in an airport for days and told me the job was a "pain in the ass." It's not -- the part is right behind the splash guard and takes about 1-2 hours for an experienced BMW mechanic. It took me 2 hours in my driveway on my 3 series. I've been patient, but it's obvious he's overwhelmed and unhappy working with new customers. The consistent attitude over time and lack of professionalism were really surprising given the reviews.
