I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.

When I arrived bill asked what I needed I explained I was the guy who just called about chain problem. So he proceeds with an attitude, I can't help you out we don't have time for that. So I asked what if I bought chain could I borrow or rent the grinder to cut down new one. Bill said NO! So I told him thanks for wasting my time and I will put this on my blog and walked out. Once outside I started taking pics of the store to post. This is when bill came running out screaming at me to leave his property. I laughed and said absolutely no point in staying at this junk yard lot. Absolutely disgusting the way this shop treats customers.

I.e.: I had a recent trip to Powell planned and the night we were supposed to leave I opened up my boat and see power steering fluid everywhere! I called the guys at marine maintenance and repair and asked if they could fit me into their schedule and they gladly said they would take a look and see if they could get me on my way. Four hours later and a few small repairs the boat is up and running and I'm on the lake! Stoked! Take into account that this was in the middle of summer right smack dab in the middle of their busy season, and they still bent over backwards to help me. I highly suggest using these guys if you have a boat in flagstaff.

I took my boat there, and it ended up costing me $800 more than the estimate, and they only installed an extra part less than $100 also they broke my starter and made me pay for a new one which they overcharged me for, and without even telling me they took my boat to the lake for a joy ride for 2 hrs burned over a quarter tank of gas and returned it to me with soda cans inside and there trash. also they stole my trailer plug, and when I got a chance to take my boat out myself, the electrical system was all screwd up as my guages stopped working, my 12v outlet did not work, speedometer, and the hour meter was dead, I made the mistake of refering a good friend to them to get his boat worked on, and we were at the lake together that same weekend, and they had replaced a fuel pump on his boat, and after about 2 hours his electrical system failed, and his boat would not start, I had to tow him back to the marina. Oh they extreamly overcharged his as well, Jeff lies and claims only he can get parts from manufacturer because he is an authorized dealer, It's a lie, other shops get the same parts, they just don't overcharge people for them !

They told us, great news the back has no issues, you just need the front redone sweet we get that scheduled, after completion I thought it was wierd all we got was a receipt, no diag notes or mechanic check sheet. fine, go home, its still clinking when we drive. ok take it back in thinking they need to fix something, nope they now tell us the back needs full replacement, another over a thousand dollar quote. They thought they could get us in for half then make us pay double when we find out the whole thing did need replacement. I go in to ask for mechanic notes on all the visits and was told they dont have them. when I pushed she states we do have them but they are only available upon request, at which point I remind her I just requested them. I was told to pick them up from their second location the next day. ok fine. I show up to pick them up and the lady acts like she has no idea what im talking about. once I explain she then makes it clear she is fully aware of the conversation the day before (as i knew she was because i was in front of the other employee while she called this one) She then says she will not be giving me anything and will be calling the cops if I do not leave. Their notes incriminate themselves and we will be pursuing this. They are dirty crooked bullies. Buyer beware do not take your vehicle here they are shady. I have canceled my card used there and got a new number for it because I dont trust them with my Financials. ​
