Brought it home with further inspection and realized he replaced the shift cable with a used one that was rusted and corroded. Also inspected bellows and found he used a Chinese knock off shift cable bellow that was cracked and filled my bilge full of water. Fast forward, I fixed those problems and used the boat for the rest of the season. New season coming up, took boat in to get serviced and inspection. They sent me pics of the drive shaft rusted, gimble bearing rusted, and now have to rebuilt the upper part of the outdrive for a total cost of $5,500!!! The mechanic said it was due to the bellows not being serviced properly. Do not recommend!! Total shade tree mechanic!!

I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. We are both retired and on social security so appare we were an easy mark. We paid up front because he said he needed us to so he could order parts he never ordered. A second appraisal revealed that many of the repairs did not get done and revealed two to five times the cost of what most RV Mechanics would charge. We disputed the charges with PayPal and won allowing us to recover some of our loss. All in, he charged over $10,000 and we recovered about $3,300. Stay away from this guy!!

Only as soon as he got the part he said it actually wasn't the coil and he needed to test more things. Stood around chatting for a couple hours with about 15 non consecutive minutes of work put into the engine he said he needed to take his wife home and never came back. He didn't do anything but unplug the coil and leave with my $295! Oh and get this, he spent a good portion of the time just virtue signaling, telling me how he doesn't understand why people don't respect each other blah blah blah then steals my money! Keep in mind I do not live in Arizona, I'm just driving through and I'm poor af. So now I had to find another mechanic and pay to have it towed to the shop because I can't trust these sleazy "mobile mechanics"

I had purchased the Viofo A229 Pro along with the hardwiring kit, remote and micro SD card from Amazon months ago. We then went out to take a look at the car real quick. I realized that I probably should've got my window tint done before getting the dash cam installed. Oops. He estimated my car would take about 3 hours so I waited in the waiting area. There are two comfy sofas (room for 6 people), a table of snacks and candy, and mini fridge full of water for guests. Coffee/Turkish coffee was offered. He even offered to buy those in the waiting room lunch too! Really nice of him. Bring some reading material or a laptop to watch some shows on. It'll make 3 hours go by quick! John and his team did a really good job on the install! Wires were tucked in. Everything looked great. He took some time to go over the dash cam and the app. Also showed me what options to change on the app settings as well. Front and rear camera are working great!
