Now for the less important things. Brick Oven Pizza is the prominent tenant in this small complex on the main highway, so it's easy to find. Smallish interior, half full at a prime time on Saturday. Menu is well organized. Hipster servers did their job and that's it. DARK interior, and before you think "romantic", remember the neon beer signs on the walls and sports on the TV and AC/DC on the sound system. Brick Oven Pizza appears to try to go opposite of the solid middle class vibe of Bridge City. So there you have it. A small gourmet pizza in a dining experience unique to most of Orange County TX.
