Our waiter didn't check in during the meal, and our water glasses weren't refilled until we were nearly finished. Additionally, the table was quite unsteady which made cutting the steaks a bit challenging. The food and service quality didn't align with the prices and desired ambience of the restaurant, which was very disappointing. We arrived at 6:45 PM and received our check around 8:55 PM, making the evening longer than we anticipated for a typical date night. While the initial hospitality was appreciated, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
