It was super busy on an after Sunday lunch. We had a reservation--which was smart--and they allowed us to add a table when we arrived. Service was a little slow, but we did have a big group on a busy day. Portions were large. Food was yummy and hot. Good rolls on table to snack on. read more

The food was terrible!! My wife didn't eat. They were friendly and did take the food we didn't eat off the ticket so service was okay.

Calamari was very good, just a lil hard. Shrimp fettuccine was amazing and the lasagna was good as well. read more

I wonder...do Italians eat beef? According to the menu they're hell on chickens & seafood, but only a couple of beef plates. Really good iced tea, bread is meh, and if you want some oil to dip it in...well THAT'S $2.50. I asked if the spaghetti and meatballs had sauce on it or if THAT was more. To my relief, my server said there is sauce, just doesn't have meat in it. All in all, a below average eatery. But maybe that's because I like MEAT! Like beef and pork. Nice looking place thoug. Service was good, there could have been more decorations on the walls. We were seated in the far right section of the dining area and the walls were bare. We ordered a supreme pizza. It was ok, it had a fair amount of toppings. The pizza was greasy and the sauce lacked flavor. The thing that surprised us was you could only order a 12" pizza for dining in. But to go orders you could get a 12", 16" , or an 18". They only had a few selections for pizza. Although they had a big selection for pasta dishes. Not a place we will be going back to. read more

Great food!! I ordered then went pick it up. Out of town at the moment. So glad I chose this place! The bread is great! The crabmeat stuffed mushrooms fabulous! And the pizza?! All meat and excellent!!! Soooooo good! Anyone around here or driving by on the interstate, TAKE TIME to stop in! You won't regret it! On the pizza pic, It looked even better when I first got it, but forgot to take a picture. And when I got back to it 30 minutes later it cooled down. But it was excellent! Not their fault. read more

This is my second time eating here in the past few months. The first time I ate here and I really don't remember what I ordered. So I decided to give this this place another try. I ordered the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms (crab meat sautéed mushrooms, chopped spinach in a white wine cream sauce) and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The Spaghetti and Meatballs was pretty tasty. I do wish they would have put more sauce and the meatballs were small but tasty. I'll come back when in the area again. read more

How have I never been here before? I showed up and was seated promptly. My waitress Lauren was very punctual and friendly. The dipping sauce was a nice touch and had a large amount of garlic. My favorite. Lauren recommend the supreme pizza hopefully it will live up to my current experience. My pizza showed up I'm about 15 minutes likely in less time. It was wonder. I will be adding this pizza place to my places to eat at when I'm in Sulphur. read more

Rudest owner .. Ordered a cheese pizza and it came out full of oil. Kumi, the owner, Got very argumentative with us. Tried to say there's no oil which is such a lie. Then she took the pizza back and cooked it more which was even worse because it was so burned that it was not edible. Don't waste your time going here as they don't appreciate their customers by getting so argumentative. She tried to tell me there's no oil then what was floating... Very good and I'll be back! When traveling I-10 I frequently get off on Hwy 1256 in Sulphur (go north) because of the numerous restaurants. I've eaten at several and have had good meals at all of them. Instead of the usual seafood we get in this area, my wife had a pizza craving. We skipped the Mr Gatti's buffet craziness because we found Joe's Pizza on Yelp. So this is a first visit review. It's a full service casual Italian restaurant. Our waitress brought out fresh baked bread and got our drink order and asked if we wanted the olive oil dip for the bread ($2.50). YES! It was great (you must like garlic). I almost didn't have room for the pizza! The 12" pizza is easily enough for 2 people if you eat the bread or get a salad lol. But we didn't know and each got a pizza. Both pizzas were delicious. We ended up bringing home pizza, bread, and even the olive oil dip. I can't wait to eat the leftovers today. Most other customers were locals and eating the Italian dishes. We'll be back to this place in the future. read more

Wow. Not what I expected at all. One of the Best Italian restaurants in the area by Far!!! I would definitely recommend this place! Amazing food and Great service. The manager is very personable and stopped by tables to make sure the customers were satisfied and conversed with customers. And even happily helped out where needed in the dining area. My boyfriend at the time was not much on Italian. But man this place made an impression. He had the chicken Marsala and said it was perfect. I not being able to make my mind up as usual ordered the Taste of Italy which is 3 servings consisting of chicken parmigiana, lasagna and I believe spaghetti. It was sooo good! read more

I am a NY transplant from Long Island. I've been in Louisiana a little while now, but my hometown is still fresh in my mind. Joes is the BOMB. Straight up I'd put this pizza up against my favs from back home head to head. I don't know how they do it because no one else down here can even come close. Best pizza anywhere near here. Dinner sauce is impeccable. I've never had anything here and been disappointed. Highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the chicken parm is to die for. Traveling through town, so got the order to go, and it did not disappoint! Followed the reviews and ordered the bread and dipping oil. It was awesome, just as advertised! Also had the Crawfish Monica in white sauce which was absolutely delicious with plenty of crawfish. The best part of all is that it all heated up perfectly the next day!! Driving through town and the hotel's front desk recommended this place. I am so glad they did. I had the spicy chicken pasta. It was quite tasty and I highly recommend. It appeared freshly made. They also give tables fresh made pizza dough rolls and ohmygoodness were those delicious. The service was perfectly fine.
